Reason Behind RAW Announcer's Absence Revealed

As revealed in spoiler results for tonight's edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, Hall of Famer and color commentator Jerry "The King" Lawler was not at ringside with Michael Cole to call the action for the broadcast. Josh Mathews took Lawler's place for the show.

We have just learned that the reason behind Lawler's absence from RAW is due to an injury that he recently sustained, which some sources are reporting is a knee injury, which prevented "The King" from being able to make the trip overseas.
