Just thinking while I keep seeing Vito in a dress what the worst gimmicks were in your opinion. Mine are and in no particular order:
Eugene
Vito
Sylvan
Isaac Yankem
Duke the Dumpster Droese
the Repo Man
and all the fake guys (Kane being the most recent but Diesel, Razor and Taker were all faked at one time)

Eugene was a great idea when he was main event(well, semi-main event). But as his charecter diminished, so did the gimmick.
Fake kane could have been great, but he was ditched too early. If lasting at least to the next PPV after vengeance and going deeper into kane's past, it would have made for a good feud.
The Boogeyman,Highlanders,Undertaker, and Eugene. They are throwbacks to Vince's cartoon era of the early 90's and they have no place in the business today.

will322 is right. the wwe was in a sort of cartoony state during the attitude era with people like mankind, undertaker, vader, goldust, etc. Then they went for a more realer look. Now they are sort of merging the two, and it doesn't seen to match. Characters like the undertaker and the boogeyman might be crowd favs (even i liked eugene when he was used the right way), but its funny how the WWE tries to be as realistic as they can be, yet continue to push people like undertaker, boogeyman, and eugene. its just funny to me.
