I'm going to stick with Rob Van Dam. Reason being is he is now a free agent, plus he has said himself he will be on TV soon - If I'm not mistaken he has said it would be either WWE or TNA. Since the Heyman guy is Curtis Axel and not RVD like we hoped, I'm thinking it might be RVD.
MVP, Batista, and Goldberg has all said that they are not the free agent per twitter.
