New Paul Heyman Guy - who is it?

Personally I don't know..Axel Curtis didn't bring it. So I hope they bring someone 'special'.

Storyline wise I would LOVE to see CM Punk coming back as "new" Paul Heyman guy

Gonna hijack this thread... now that it is revealed as Cesaro, how big of an impact do you think this will make in the WWE?
Are we looking at an immediate run up to a title, or will this fizzle out like Ryback and Axel did?

Pairing Cesaro with Heyman now that CM Punk is away and Lesnar broke The Streak is awesome! So many possibilities for him and Heyman can get him over big time
