These Are the Four States Where Blowjobs Are Illegal But Necrophilia Isn’t

This week, the Louisiana state legislature voted down a bill that would repeal the state’s longstanding ban on sodomy. Of course, the Supreme Court ruled long ago laws like that are unconstitutional, but the American South ain’t care.

But just how much do some states in the South not care? Well, enough to tell consenting adults they can’t suck each other’s private parts, but not enough to tell them they can’t fuck dead people.

Over on Gawker, Adam Weinstein put together a list of the four states where oral sex is illegal, but fucking the shit outta rotting corpses is not.

Louisiana. North Carolina. Oklahoma. Kansas.

Yup, no surprises there.
