Update on Billy Jack Haynes WWE Lawsuit

WWE filed a motion on 11/12 asking for a time extension so they could properly prepare a response to the lawsuit filed against them by former wrestler Billy Jack Haynes.

Magistrate Judge Janice M. Stuart agreed to WWE’s motion, and the company now has until 12/30/14 to respond to Haynes’ allegations.

For those unaware, Haynes filed a 30 pages lawsuit against WWE claiming the company “has, for decades, subjected its wrestlers to extreme physical brutality that it knew, or should have known, caused long-term irreversible bodily damage, including brain damage.”
