Daniel Bryan Says WWE Doctors Still Won't Clear Him

Daniel Bryan took part in a Q&A session at Wizard World in Chicago on Thursday and was asked about his medical status. Bryan said he's been cleared by a “respectable doctor” to wrestle, but WWE won’t clear him because they are worried about his history with concussions.

Bryan said that officials with WWE have not given any indication on when or if they will clear him to return to action.

He also mentioned that he has talked about working with NXT talents, however he didn’t want to elaborate in detail because he still plans to return to the ring.

When if he could pick one final opponent to wrestle in WWE, Bryan named Brock Lesnar.
