Another Company Suing TNA For Over $200,000

Yet another company has filed a lawsuit against TNA. According to the Wrestling Observer, Bankdirect Capital Finance, LLC sued TNA Entertainment, LLC back on 9/29 for late charges, interest and attorney fees.

BankDirect claims to have paid TNA $400,146.00 so the company could pay insurance premiums. TNA was supposed to make monthly payments of approximately $41,000 but still owes over $200,000.

TNA now has pending lawsuits from Audience Of One production company ($223,000 plus interest and post-judgement costs), Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment ($114,500.02), American Express’ travel services ($269,030.50) and Billy Corgan (most of the lawsuit details currently sealed).
