PROGRESS: Chapter 48 Bout Announced feat. WWE UK Champion

PROGRESS has announced another huge match for their next Chapter event show (Chapter 48). The PROGRESS Atlas Champion Matt Riddle will be taking on the current reigning WWE UK Champion Tyler Bate.

It has been noted that PROGRESS are still allowed use of WWE contracted stars on their streaming service, Tyler Bate himself has been unable to appear on iPPV events for other big UK companies such as Rev Pro, Fight Club: Pro and Attack!

It has also been long rumoured that Matt Riddle is one of the performers on the independent scene that WWE has been keeping tabs on. The former UFC star has been running rampant on the PROGRESS Atlas division (affectionately known as the BIG LADS division in PROGRESS) and the challenge of the smaller/faster Bate is certainly an exciting prospect.
