Kenny Omega Set to Defend IWGP US Heavyweight Title Against Jeff Cobb on 3/29 AEW Dynamite
All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan took to Twitter to make a massive announcement regarding the 3/29 episode of AEW Dynamite. Khan announced that IWGP US Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega will defend his title against NJPW's Jeff Cobb during next week's edition of AEW's flagship show.
Omega secured the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Championship after defeating longtime rival Will Ospreay during New Japan Pro Wrestling's (NJPW) signature show 'Wrestle Kingdom 17' this past January.
