Triple H announced the tournament format for the World Heavyweight Championship during the Backlash PPV Press conference.
There will be two triple threat matches on Raw with the winners facing off at the end of the night.
The same will happen on Smackdown.
The two finalists will face off at Night of Champions on 5/27.
They will have an inter-brand match to determine the top champion for the Raw brand.
