News On AEW's Plans For New "Rise To The Top" Trademark

All Elite Wrestling, LLC has filed to trademark the phrase, "AEW: Rise To The Top."

According to United States Patent & Trademark Office database, attorney Bradley M. Stohry submitted the application on Monday, June 26, 2023.

The 'Goods and Services' usage description reads as follows:

• Downloadable game software;
• Downloadable video game programs;
• Downloadable computer game software for use on mobile and cellular phones;
• Downloadable electronic game software for use on handheld computers and mobile gaming devices

AEW currently has two mobile games on the market,AEW Elite General Manager and AEW Casino: Double or Nothing.

Earlier this month, the company announced a third game, AEW Figure Fighters, is currently in early development and due out in 2024.
