AEW Re-signs Prince Nana to Multi-Year Contract
Prince Nana will remain with All Elite Wrestling & Ring of Honor for years to come after signing a new contract.
Fightful Select reports that the Mogul Embassy Affiliates manager has signed a multi-year contract to remain with AEW/ROH. This deal was said to be concluded in the last month or so.
Nana's work has received rave reviews within AEW and "significant praise" by several on the roster. AEW management is also said to be impressed by his efforts.
Nana returned to Ring of Honor following Tony Khan's purchase of the promotion last year, and revealed that he had purchased Tully Blanchard Enterprises in the storyline, reforming The Embassy At ROH Final Battle 2022, Nana managed Brian Cage, Toa Liona, and Kaun to victory, dethroning Dalton Castle & The Boys to become the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions. The win marked the first time that Nana had managed the Embassy to ROH championship gold.
Earlier this year, Swerve Strickland revealed he had merged his Mogul Affiliates stable with The Embassy, forming The Mogul Embassy. Nana would appear alongside Strickland during last week's Dynamite in a segment with 'Hangman' Adam Page.
Nana has been associated with Ring of Honor since the very beginning of the promotion in 2002, and would form The Embassy two years later.
Away from Ring of Honor, Nana received a tryout with WWE, but would not receive a contract with the promotion. Nana hasn't competed since a six-man tag-team match for Chikara in October 2019, which was close to seven years after his previous match at ROH Final Battle 2012.
