Hangman Page vs. Swerve Strickland Set For AEW WrestleDream

All Elite Wrestling has announced another match for the upcoming AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view: former AEW World Champion "Hangman" Adam Page vs. Swerve Strickland.

Hangman and Swerve have been feuding over the past several weeks. Swerve confronted Page on the Sep. 6 edition of Dynamite and declared that he's coming for Hangman's spot. Since then, Page has been working his way through members of the Mogul Embassy en route to a showdown with the kingpin.

Here's an updated look at the card for AEW WrestleDream:

• Bryan Danielson vs. Zack Sabre Jr.
• Hangman Page vs. Swerve Strickland

Based on what we've been seeing on AEW television, Kota Ibushi vs. Konosuke Takeshita also appears to be in the works, but hasn't been signed as of press time.

The inaugural AEW WrestleDream PPV takes place Saturday, October 1 live on PPV from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.
