Indi Hartwell Leaves WWE
Indi Hartwell is departing, as reported by Fightful Select. She signed in 2019 and rose to prominence as an NXT Women’s Champion before transitioning to the main roster in 2023.
Her release comes amid a series of recent roster cuts, including Tegan Nox and Baron Corbin. She reacted on social media, “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”
Hartwell will be a free agent after a 90-day non-compete clause expires.
Her final WWE match, taped last week, aired Friday night on SmackDown hours after her release. She and Candice LeRae wrestled against Bayley and Naomi.
