Multiple injured in mass shooting at nightclub in Queens, New York

A mass shooting by 3 to 4 shooters has unfolded at a nightclub in Queens, New York.

The incident took place around 11.20pm on Wednesday local time, according to multiple US sources. There are 10 people injured, with local police confirming three had been rushed to hospital.

The motive behind the event is currently unknown and the potential shooters is yet to be identified.

Initial reports indicate that the suspects involved in the shooting fled the scene, prompting an immediate manhunt.

Footage captured by an onlooker on their balcony showed a heavy police presence surrounding the building around midnight local time.

None of the victims are in critical condition and all are expected to survive, according to the NYPD.

A few friends of mine that work for NYPD said this isn't uncommon at that club. It was gang related and this has been going on for too long.

Yeah, I thought it was gang related. A lot of shooters etc. If that was a terrorist attack with that many shooters, a lot would be dead.

Most definitely. This was probably going to be a group of teenagers (14-17) years old that did this. Just one trained terrorist shooter would have at least killed a dozen. With three or four trained shooters, i don't think there would have been a dozen survivors.

lol Exactly, even they were not trained, I don't see a group of non trained terrorists just shooting and running away.
