Jey Uso defends World Heavyweight Title against Gunther
Since becoming World Heavyweight Champion via an epic WrestleMania win against Gunther, Jey Uso has retained the title against Seth Rollins and Logan Paul in thrilling bouts. But the man he beat for the title still stands in his way. Jey Uso will defend the title against The Ring General in a highly anticipated rematch. The animosity between Uso and Gunther was at a fever pitch prior to WrestleMania, with The Ring General viciously beating Jimmy Uso in a horrific scene. Jey defeated Gunther at WrestleMania by making him tap out, but can he do it again?

– Michael Cole and Wade Barrett greet audiences at home before throwing it over to videos recapping some highlights from WWE Worlds Collide and WWE Money In The Bank.
– John Cena makes his way out to the ring.
Cena says fans teach him something every time they open their mouths, and what they taught him at Money In The Bank is that truth is a lie. He says fans opened their mouth and wasted their energy saving a "side show comedian whose greatest achievement is pretending to be" him. He asks fans if they thought that actually accomplished him, then calls them armchair activists with no real power to change anything. He says R-Truth is a gimmick that fans will not care about in a year, then says fans will never use him to benefit one of their pity parties again because it's his retirement tour and he only has 19 dates left.
Cena says his retirement tour is over halfway done, then tells the fans to send him real competition rather than the class clown. He says he has beaten everyone that the fans have cheered for from Truth to Cody Rhodes to Randy Orton.
CM Punk's music hits, and he makes his way out. He asks Cena if he's comfortable, then says he has a lot of things he wants to get off his chest and is prepared to talk to Cena through his fists. He tells Cena that he will listen to everything he has to say, then says it's ironic that Cena is trying to tear down the establishment that is WWE as he tries to defend it. He says he's not standing for TKO or defend the billionaires, but rather he wants to defend the people. He says the people picked him in 2011 to be "The Voice Of The Voiceless", then says it's his job to give them what they want. He says if they want Truth, then they will get Ron Killings. He says he knows that he's a spoke on the wheel like everyone else in WWE, and that includes Cena.
Punk warns Cena that he's coming for his Undisputed WWE Championship, then recalls their encounter in the 2025 Men's Elimination Chamber match and Cena telling him he was sorry when he had the STF locked in on him. He says Cena knows what he's doing is wrong, then says while everyone in the back should want to be Undisputed WWE Champion, few can actually do it. He says he sees now that he has to be a monster to defeat the monster, then says that the Undisputed WWE Championship belongs to the people. He says Cena has 19 dates left, then says he'll leave it up to Cena which one they'll face off for the Undisputed WWE Championship for but dares him to do so tonight. Cena agrees, but says he will instead defend the Undisputed WWE Championship at WWE Night of Champions rather than tonight.
Seth Rollins' music hits, and he makes his way to the ring with his Money In The Bank briefcase alongside Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed. We head to a commercial break.
– Back from the break, American Made make their way to the ring. AJ Styles follows.
Chad Gable vs. AJ Styles
The bell rings and the two lock up. Styles sends Gable crashing into the mat with an arm drag, but Gable catches Styles in a submission hold. Styles levels Gable with a dropkick, but Gable responds with a suplex to Styles on the outside of the ring. Gable then dumps Styles back inside the ring, then fires off right hands and stomps on him in the corner before landing a belly-to-belly suplex on Styles and going for a pin. Styles kicks out.
Gable cinches in an arm submission on Styles, but Styles fires off right hands on Gable. Gable responds with a German suplex and a diving headbutt off the top rope to Styles, then ascends up the ropes. Styles pulls him off with a powerbomb and sets up for a Styles Clash, but Julius helps Gable escape as Brutus distracts the referee. Styles lands a sliding knee on Julius off the apron and flies off it to level Brutus, but Gable cinches in an Ankle Lock on Styles when he gets back in the ring. Styles escapes by sending Gable crashing into the middle rope, then rolls through and transitions into a Styles Clash for the win.
Winner: AJ Styles
– We then head backstage, where Roxanne Perez proposes an alliance to Liv Morgan in their upcoming Fatal Four-Way First Round Queen Of The Ring Tournament Match. Morgan declines to do so and Perez subsequently shakes her hand as she tells Morgan "may the best woman win." Morgan shakes her hand and tells her she will before both women head out to the ring. Kairi Sane and Rhea Ripley both follow.
First Round Fatal 4-Way Queen of the Ring Tournament Match: Liv Morgan vs. Kairi Sane vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Roxanne Perez
The bell rings and Perez brawls with Sane. Ripley goes straight after Morgan, but Perez jumps on Ripley's back to come to Morgan's aid. Sane jumps off Ripley's spine to level Perez, but Morgan catches Sane with a dropkick. Sane takes down both Perez and Morgan, then lands a double dropkick on both of them that sends them crashing out of the ring. Ripley lands a kick on Sane's spine as she's holding on to the top rope, then follows it up with a kick.
Morgan and Sane fire off alternating strikes on Ripley, but Morgan lands a double splash on Ripley and Sane as they're stacked on top of one another in the corner. Ripley sets up for Rip Tide on Morgan, but Perez comes to Morgan's aid. Morgan and Perez then deliver a Codebreaker-German suplex combination to Ripley, but Sane looks to land a crossbody off the top on both of them. Morgan and Perez catch Sane and dump her over the top rope to send her crashing on top of Ripley on the outside.
Perez and Morgan continue double teaming on Ripley on the outside, taking turns firing off chops on her. Perez dumps Ripley back into the ring and follows her along with Morgan, then rains down right hands and left hands on Ripley. Morgan lands a hair whip on Ripley, and Perez sends Sane crashing into Ripley. Morgan and Perez then send Ripley crashing into the ring post shoulder first, but Sane dumps Perez out of the ring through the middle rope and fires off strikes on Morgan.
Morgan hits a springboard Codebreaker on Ripley and goes for a pin, but Sane breaks the fall. Ripley pulls Morgan and Perez off the ropes as they teeter on them with Sane, but Sane flies to level Ripley off the top and goes for a pin. Ripley kicks out, but Sane fires off right hands on her and rocks her with a jawbreaker. She goes for a pin, but Morgan breaks the fall.
Perez and Morgan send Ripley crashing into the corner, and Morgan fires off stomps on Ripley. Ripley levels Perez and Morgan with a pair of clotheslines, then delivers a German suplex to Morgan and sends Perez crashing into the mat with a Fallaway Slam before landing a boot on Sane and a headbutt on Perez.
Morgan looks to surprise Ripley with Oblivion, but Ripley sees her coming and connects with Rip Tide on her. She goes for a pin, but Raquel Rodriguez appears out of nowhere and pulls Ripley out of the ring to break the fall. Ripley and Rodriguez begin to brawl on the outside, but Sane lands an elbow drop on both women off the top rope. She ascends back up to the top and delivers the In-Sane Elbow to Morgan. She goes for a pin, but Perez transitions into a pinfall of her own for the win.
Winner: Roxanne Perez
– Becky Lynch walks backstage and we see A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) arguing.
– Jey Uso and Gunther are shown stretching for the main event tonight.
– A video package for a returning Nikki Bella plays.
– Maxxine Dupri and Natalya are backstage and Nikki Bella approaches them. She is excited to see Natalya and introduces herself to Maxxine Dupri. Bella also approaches Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane. Sane leaves and Bella tells Sky that she's doing a great job as the champion and leaves.
– At ringside, Becky Lynch makes her way out to the ring with her Intercontinental Championship.
Lynch questions the fans as to where the "you deserve it" chants are, then says she doesn't need them to say it because she already knows that it's true. She says she should be celebrating becoming the new Women's Intercontinental Championship, especially since it's rare that she accomplishes something new in her career after doing it all.
Lynch says the Women's Intercontinental Championship has been welcomed to the big time because she's holding it, and while she should've been celebrating with her family, Lyra Valkyria ruined everything when she blindsided her with an attack after their Women's Intercontinental Championship match at Money In The Bank. She says Valkyria raised her hand so aggressively after the match to the point where she thought her shoulder was dislocated, then says she tried to be the bigger person by allowing Valkyria to put the Women's Intercontinental Championship around her waist only to be attacked by her. She demands Valkyria come to the ring to apologize to her and raise her hand the right way.
Valkyria's music hits, and she storms out to the ring. Bayley blindsides Lynch from behind and rains down right hands on her, but Lynch slides out of the ring. She heads up the ramp, but dumps into Valkyria who dumps her back inside. Bayley sets up for the Rose Plant, but Lynch escapes and retreats through the crowd.
– Truth appears out of nowhere and stands on the announce desk. He tells fans not to let anyone tell them that their voice doesn't matter, then says WWE management heard the fans and rehired him because of them. He says he's back for all of the fans, but also for himself. He says fans didn't just bring Truth back, but they also brought back Ron Killings. He says everyone loves Truth, but he can be too funny, too nice, adn too forgiving sometimes. He says Ron Killings isn't, then says he's not a side show act or a gimmick. He puts down the microphone and takes out a pair of scissors, then cuts off his braids and holds them in his hands as he says the Truth has set him free. He says he's Ron Killings, and he's the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
– Dominik Mysterio warms up backstage. Finn Balor and JD McDonagh come up to him. Balor asks if it's weird that Mysterio is in The King of the Ring tournament. Mysterio asks if he's upset and Balor says he isn't. Roxanne Perez comes in and Balor congratulates her on her win and tells Mysterio to tell Perez how her match was. Mysterio says it was good and Liv Morgan comes by with Raquel Rodriguez. Morgan tells Perez she knows what she did and Perez says she was just making sure Kairi Sane didn't pin her. Morgan and Rodriguez leave and Mysterio leaves for his match.
– Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman chat backstage. Rollins says this is an all out attack on both the main titles.
– Penta, Dominik Mysterio, Sami Zayn, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman then all make their way to the ring.
First Round Fatal 4-Way King of the Ring Tournament Match: Dominik Mysterio vs. Bron Breakker (w/Paul Heyman) vs. Penta vs. Sami Zayn
The bell rings and Dominik slides out of the ring. Penta flies over the top rope to level him on the outside, but Zayn fires off right hands on Breakker in the corner. Breakker fires off shoulders on Zayn's midsection in the adjacent corner, then levels him with a belly-to-belly suplex. He hits a slam on Penta and runs the ropes, then turns Dominik inside out with a clothesline.
Zayn fires off right hands on Breakker, then sends Breakker crashing into the mat with a slam and goes for a pin. Zayn kicks out and Breakker dumps Dominik back out of the ring as he tries to blindside him. Penta sneaks up behind Breakker, but Breakker takes out Penta and sends Zayn crashing into the corner. He whips Dominik into the adjacent corner, then fires off shoulders on his midsection and levels Dominik.
Zayn blindsides Breakker with a shotgun dropkick, and Dominik pins Breakker. Zayn breaks the fall and goes after Dominik, but Breakker fires off right hands on Zayn in the corner and throws Dominik across the ring. All four men then begin brawling with one another, but Dominik rolls up Penta. Penta kicks out and takes down Dominik with a hurricanrana, then rocks him with an enzuigiri in the corner and follows it up with a modified Bronco Buster. Zayn lands a Tornado DDT on Penta off the ropes, then fires off right hands on Breakker in the corner.
Breakker tackles Zayn and rains down right hands on him, then fires off knees on his midsection and fires off right hands on him. Zayn low bridges Breakker out of the ring, then connects with an Asai Moonsault to level him. Penta then ascends to the top rope and lands a crossbody on Zayn to level him. Dominik hits a tope suicida on Penta, but Breakker flies off the apron to send Dominik crashing over the announce desk.
Breakker fires off right hands on Dominik behind the announce desk, then fires off a right hand on Zayn. Penta rocks Breakker with a right hand of his own and dumps him back in the ring, then follows him inside.
Zayn delivers a Sunset Flip Powerbomb to Penta and goes for a pin, but Penta kicks out. Breakker slides back in the ring and fires off shoulders on Zayn's midsection in the corner before the two teeter on the ropes. Zayn fights off Breakker, but Dominik joins Zayn on the ropes. Penta pulls off Dominik and delivers a powerbomb to him, and Breakker connects with a Frankensteiner on Zayn off the middle rope.
Penta and Breakker exchange strikes with one another, but Breakker rocks Penta with a jumping knee. Penta responds with a superkick to Breakker, but Breakker sets up for a Gorilla Press on Penta. Penta escapes and lands a DDT on Breakker, then looks to go for a pin. Dominik throws Penta out of the ring before he can Breakker and pins Breakker himself, but Breakker kicks out.
Dominik connects with The Three Amigos on Zayn, but Zayn counters into a Blue Thunder Bomb on Dominik on the third suplex. He goes for a pin, but Dominik manages to kick out. Penta then sends Zayn crashing into the mat with a Penta Driver, but Dominik rolls up Penta. Penta kicks out and sends Dominik crashing into the mat with a Bull Dog, then follows it up with a Mexican Destroyer and goes for a pin. Dominik kicks out.
Breakker fires off right hands and stomps on Dominik, then dumps Penta out of the ring and lands a running spear on him on the outside. LA Knight appears out of nowhere and delivers a BFT to Breakker, opening the door for Zayn to deliver an Exploder and the Helluva Kick to Dominik for the win.
Winner: Sami Zayn
– Cathy Kelley talks to AJ Styles. Styles says he's been stressed because of Chad Gable, and Seth Rollins and his croonies. Kelley walks up to Grayson Waller and The New Day. She asks Kofi Kingston who their next challengers will be. Xavier Woods says their next opponents will be the best of the best as they've elevated the division.
– Nikki Bella still walks backstage - something she's been doing all show and it looks like she's up next and we cut to commercial.
– We come back to a video package for Asuka as she returns next week.
– Nikki Bella then makes her way down to the ring.
Nikki says it's good to be back home and in the ring, then wastes no time addressing WWE Evolution and says the women's division is the best it's ever been.
Liv Morgan's music hits, and she storms to the ring. She says if Nikki is talking about the best in the women's division, then she better invoke her name and calls herself the most talented woman in the division. She rattles off some of her recent accomplishments, then says Nikki is lucky she wasn't around when she was wrestling full time because she would've beaten her. Morgan says Nikki is jealous of her because she has everything she doesn't in respect, a championship, and a man.
Nikki says she's trying to figure out if Dominik Mysterio belongs to Morgan or Perez, then tells Morgan to congratulate Perez for taking both her Women's World Championship shot and her man. She looks to leave, but Morgan stops her by calling her nothing more than a reality show diva. Nikki turns around, but Morgan catches her with an Oblivion.
– GUNTHER then makes his way to the ring. Jey Uso follows.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: Jey Uso (c) vs. Gunther
The bell rings and the two lock up. They go back and forth with one another, but GUNTHER sends Jey crashing into the top turnbuckle face first. Jey rains down right hands on GUNTHER in the corner, but GUNTHER lands a running knee on Jey and fires off several more knees on his oblique. He then sends Jey crashing into the mat with a suplex and whips him into the corner, but Jey moves out of the way and GUNTHER is sent crashing into the turnbuckles chest first.
Jey lands a Brainbuster on GUNTHER, and the two men exchange right hands with one another. GUNTHER sends Jey crashing into the top of one of the barricades on the outside spine first, then dumps him back in the ring and ascends to the top. He looks to land a splash, but Jey gets his boots up and connects with a spear on GUNTHER. He then ascends to the top rope and hits the Uso Splash on GUNTHER before going for a pin. GUNTHER kicks out.
GUNTHER gets Jey up, but Jey escapes and transitions into a pinfall. GUNTHER kicks out, but Jey rocks him with a superkick and looks to lock in a Sleeper on him. GUNTHER blocks it and lands a backbreaker on Jey, then follows it up with a powerbomb and goes for a pin. Jey kicks out, but GUNTHER delivers a spear to Jey and goes for a second pinfall. Jey kicks out once again, but GUNTHER fires off several chops on him. Jey responds with a spear and looks to follow it up with an Uso Splash, but GUNTHER rolls out of the way and cinches in a Sleeper on Jey. Jey powers up to his feet, but GUNTHER cinches in the Sleeper on him even tighter. Jey reverse and transitions into a Sleeper of how own on GUNTHER, but GUNTHER escapes and rains down Hammer and Anvil Elbows on Jey. He cinches in another Sleeper on Jey, and Jey fades.
