This week on the last DYNAMITE before FORBIDDEN DOOR, Brodido faces FTR in the AEW World Tag Team Eliminator finals.

– Excalibur and Tony Schiavone greet audiences at home as Bryan Danielson makes his way to the ring to join the commentary team for tonight.
– Will Ospreay then makes his way to the ring.
Ospreay thanks the fans for their warm welcome, then says he can always count on Glasgow and recalls the first time he wrestled there. He says he hates to let the fans down because he's grown up in front of all of them, then thanks them for supporting him over the years.
Ospreay says he thought he was invincible until he was told last week that he wasn't cleared for action at Forbidden Door because of what The Death Riders have done to him. He says he knows he's going to be walking down a road that other wrestlers have not come back from, but he's still competing in the Lights Out Steel Cage Match on Sunday since it's an unsanctioned match by nature. He says he's aware of the risks, but the United Kingdom means a lot fo him and says he's going to be the standard for AEW. He says even if there's a small chance he can't be Will Ospreay after Sunday, he's going to leave it all in the ring. He says he'll enter the cage with four good friends of his to tear apart The Death Riders. He says he'll take a pound of flesh before Moxley can even scalpel him.
Jon Moxley and Marina Shafir then make their way to the ring. Moxley stares down Ospreay as Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta join Moxley. Ospreay then tells Moxley that he's coming for him on Sunday, and if he wants to come for him tonight, then he should send his boys after him.
"Speedball" Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, and Hiroshi Tanahashi come to Ospreay's aid.
JetSpeed and Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. The Death Riders (w/ Marina Shafir)
The bell rings and Tanahashi lands a crossbody on Moxley. Castagnoli tags in and fires off uppercuts on Tanahashi, then tags in Yuta. Yuta stomps on Tanahashi's spine, then tags in Speedball. Speedball connects with a standing moonsault on Yuta, but Castagnoli tags in and delivers a bodyslam to Speedball.
Shafir clocks Knight on the outside, but the referee catches her and ejects her from ringside. Castagnoli delivers The Swing to Speedball, but Knight intercepts him with a dropkick as Ospreay carries Shafir to the back. Knight lands a boot on Yuta on the apron.
Back from the break, Castagnoli fires off stomps on Knight. Knight levels Castagnoli, then tags in Tanahashi as Yuta tags in on his side. Tanahashi delivers a senton to Yuta off the middle rope as JetSpeed take down Moxley and Castagnoli on the outside. Tanahashi then delivers a Sling Blade to Yuta, then lands Twist and Shout on him as JetSpeed does the same to Moxley and Castagnoli.
Gabe Kidd and War Dogs run down to the ring, but Ospreay emerges at ringside once again with a body bag in hand. JetSpeed take flight to level War Dogs on the outside, opening the door for Tanahashi to land a Frog Splash on Yuta off the top rope for the win.
Winners: JetSpeed and Hiroshi Tanahashi
– After the match, The Death Riders and War Dogs beat down JetSpeed and Tanahashi in the ring. Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson blindside Ospreay from behind, but Rodrick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly come to Ospreay's aid and brawl with him to the back. Assuming Shafir is in the body bag, The Death Riders unzip it only to find that it's actually Darby Allin inside. The Opps run down to the ring as everyone continues brawling with one another. Allin flies off one of the entrance tunnels with a Coffin Drop to level The Death Riders and War Dogs in the crowd as they brawl there with The Opps.
– Tony Schiavone introduces Adam Copeland and Christian Cage, and they make their way to the ring. Cage tells Glasgow to sit down and shut their mouths as he conducts his business, but Copeland grabs the microphone from him and questions what he's doing. He says he's still being the same bad guy that he was, but the thing he's learned over the years is that sometimes you need that bad guy.
Cage says at AEW All In: Texas, Copeland told him to go find himself. He says he's taken some time to do that, and says he's found himself. He says he's found that he doesn't need to change a thing because he's perfect just the way that he is. He says people might be wondering if himself and Copeland are on the same page. He says that they aren't, but they're at least writing in the same book at this point in time. He says he knew people were hoping for a happy, bubbly reunion between himself and Copeland, but it's a reunion out of necessity. He says Copeland has agreed to help him with Nick Wayne and Kip Sabian as long as he helps him deal with FTR, then says while he knows that his word hasn't meant much to Copeland lately, the current version of him will be the best tag team partner he's ever had.
Cage extends his hand to Copeland, and Copeland shakes it. Sabian's voice cuts off the two men, and he appears alongside Mother Wayne. He says Copeland and Cage are pathetic, and Mother Wayne asks the people who they are to boo herself and Sabian. Nick then appears on the jumbo tron and says he wasn't too far behind Cage last Wednesday. He says Cage hit the ring with Spike The Bat, and while he didn't take his head off, he broke his foot. He says if he showed up at Forbidden Door, he'll turn a reunion into a quick farewell. Nick tells Cage that he's always one step ahead of him.
A video then begins playing, showing Killswitch being brought back from the dead on a medical table. He then makes his way to the ring, but Cage sees Sabian sneak up on him as Killswitch levels Copeland. He stares down Cage in the ring and looks to leave, but turns back around and chokeslams Cage.
– FTR and Stokely Hathaway then make their way to the ring. Bandido and Brody King follow.
Forbidden Door World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament Finals: FTR (w/ Stokely Hathaway) vs. Bandido and Brody King
Bandido and Dax Harwood begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. They go back and forth with one another, but Harwood runs over Bandido with a shoulder tackle. Cash Wheeler tags in and locks up with Bandido once again, but Bandido levels him with a dropkick and delivers a second one to Harwood.
We see The Hurt Syndicate watching the action from backstage as Harwood throws a chair into the ring. The referee catches it and tosses it back out of the ring. King then tags in and locks up with Wheeler before he sends him crashing into the mat twice and tags in Harwood. King runs over Harwood and Wheeler with a double clothesline, then lands a flapjack on Wheeler who lands on top of Harwood.
Bandido tags in and King aids him in landing a splash on Harwood. King tags in and looks to fly out of the ring, but Hathaway catches him with a right hand hiding a pipe within his sling.
Back from the break, Harwood sends Bandido crashing into the barricade spine first before he continues beating him down and prevents Bandido from tagging back in.
Back from another break, King tags in and fires off chops on Harwood and Wheeler. King delivers a crossbody to Wheeler on the outside as Wheeler sits on a chair while Bandido dumps Harwood back inside the ring. He ascends to the top, but Hathaway grabs his leg. Bandido fights off Hathaway, then connects with a Frog Splash on Harwood off the top rope and goes for a pin. Harwood kicks out.
Wheeler sends King crashing into the ring post and delivers a Tornado DDT to him off the ring post. Harwood connects with a back suplex on King off the ropes, and Wheeler delivers a Frog Splash from across the other side of the ring.
The ring announcer declares that twenty five minutes have already passed in the match. The two teams continue bralwing with one another. The ring announces that there are only two minutes left in the match as Bandido looks to land the 21 Plex on Harwood. Wheeler comes to Harwood's aid with one minute to go in the match. Wheeler and Harwood set up a table on one of the barricades with only 30 seconds left to go. King sends Wheeler and Harwood crashing into opposite barricades, then sends Wheeler crashing through the table as the time limit on the match expires.
Winner: N/A (30 minute time limit draw)
– Not realizing that the time limit had expired, Bandido delivers the 21 Plex on Harwood and pins him as the ring announcer announces that the match is a draw and declares that per Tony Khan, The Hurt Syndicate will be defending the AEW World Tag Team Championship against both FTR and Bandido and King at Forbidden Door. Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin then make their way to the ring, staring down FTR, King, and Bandido.
– "Hangman" Adam Page makes his way to the ring.
Page says MJF blindsided him in the parking lot last week, and says that's how MJF likes to handle things. He says it would be a waste of time to call MJF to the ring because he's an insecure and gutless coward, but says once he stands across the ring from him at Forbidden Door, there will be no backstabbing.
MJF's music hits, but he doesn't appear. Tony Schiavone informs MJF is standing by with a camera, but if he leaves the ring, then something bad will happen to him. MJF then appears on the jumbo tron and pans the camera over to show himself, Ricochet, and The Gates of Agony standing next to Mark Briscoe who's been tied to a chair.
MJF says he has three requests, and if he complies, then Mark will be safe but if not, then he will set him on fire as he pours gasoline. MJF says his demands are that the AEW World Championship can change hands even if there's a disqualification, the AEW World Championship can change hands even if there's a count out, and he doesn't have to use his Casino Gauntlet Contract in their Forbidden Door match. He says Page has until the count of five to make a decision, and Page agrees as MJF holds a lighter in his hand.
Page grabs a chair and storms to the back. He finds Ricochet and hits him with the chair, then demands to know where MJF is at. Security pulls Page off Ricochet, but Page clocks one of the security guards as The Gates Of Agony check on Ricochet.
– Mercedes Mone and Athena then make their way to the ring. Toni Storm and Alex Windsor follow as we see CMLL star Persephone in the crowd to watch the action.
Athena and Mercedes Mone vs. Toni Storm and Alex Windsor
Mone and Windsor begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Windsor runs over Mone with a shoulder tackle, then tags in Storm as Athena tags in on her side. Storm cinches in a waist lock on Athena, but Athena escapes and cinches in a Side Headlock on Storm. She connects with an arm drag on her, but Storm runs over Athena with a shoulder tackle and a shotgun dropkick. She follows it up with a backbreaker and tags in Windsor.
Storm and Windsor land double headbutts on Athena and Mone. Windsor whips Storm into Mone and Athena, but Mone and Athena duck out of the way. Athena whips Storm into the mat and orders Mone to hold open the middle rope. Mone does so and Athena delivers a tope suicida to Windsor, but Storm sends Mone crashing onto the floor with a Hip Attack. Athena tells Mone to get it together, but Windsor flies off the apron to level Mone and Athena.
Back from the break, Storm delivers a Thesz Press to Athena and follows it up with a Fisherman's suplex to her. Windsor ascends to the top rope as Storm gets Athena in place, but Mone trips her and tags in. Athena lands a Lungblower on Storm off the middle rope, and Mone follows it up with a backstabber. She cinches in the Statement Maker, but Windsor comes to Storm's aid. Athena tags back in and fires off kicks on Storm in the corner. She tags in Mone and jams her boot into Storm's face as Athena does the same thing. Athena lands a forearm on Storm and tags in Mone.
Mone sets up for a meteora on Storm, but Storm moves out of the way and fires off elbows on Athena. Storm lands a Tornado DDT to Athena off the bottom rope, then tags in Windsor as Mone tags in on her side. Windsor fires off chops on Mone, then levels Mone and fires off kicks on her face. She follows it up with a Blue Thunder Bomb and goes for a pin, but Athena breaks the fall.
Athena delivers a piledriver to Storm on top of the ring steps, then tags in. Windsor catches Athena with a forearm, then sends Mone crashing into the mat with a Samoan Drop and cinches in a Boston Crab on Mone. Mone taps out, but the referee tells Windsor that Mone isn't the legal woman. Athena sneaks up behind Windsor and delivers the O-Face to her for the win.
Winners: Athena and Mercedes Mone
– After the match, Mone gets in Persephone's face on the outside as the show goes off the air.
