Jey Uso battles The Miz in Last Time is Now Tournament
The Last Time is Now Tournament continues on SmackDown with Jey Uso from Raw taking on The Miz from SmackDown. The A-Lister has had a storied rivalry with John Cena, while Uso eliminated Cena at this year's Royal Rumble to win the match. The Miz is 4-1 against Uso in singles matches, but they have not squared off one-on-one since 2019. Who will move on to the next round in the Last Time is Now Tournament?

— The show kicks off with a video recapping what happened between Nia Jax, Lash Legend, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Kairi Sane, and Asuka last Friday as well as what went down in the Women's Tag Team Championship match between the latter four women last Monday on "Raw".
— Michael Cole and Corey Graves then greet audiences at home as IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley make their way to the ring.
Ripley says since she's been out with a broken nose, The Kabuki Warriors have been calling herself and SKY names only to become Women's Tag Team Champions. She says Lash Legend and Nia Jax are now also in the picture, and with The Kabuki Warriors, think they have the advantage when it comes to the numbers game. Ripley says the thing with the numbers game is that people just create enemies, and SKY adds that Jax, Legend, and The Kabuki Warriors have nowhere to hide in WarGames.
Ripley introduces Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, and the pair make their way to the ring. Bliss says The Kabuki Warriors can play dirty, and Legend and Jax can involve themselves if they want to. She says the four women started a fight that they can't end, and Bliss says she knew she was in when Ripley and SKY threw out the WarGames challenge on Monday.
Flair tells Bliss that she can't pretend anymore and tells Ripley she doesn't like her nor does she trust her. She says Ripley would probably say the same thing about her, then says they have a lot of history between them. She says having a shared enemy doesn't change things between them, then says while she trusts Bliss, she's out of WarGames and heads to the back as Bliss looks confused.
— Jey Uso makes his way to the ring. The Miz follows.
The Last Time Is Now Tournament Match: 'Main Event' Jey Uso vs. The Miz
The bell rings and the two lock up. Miz delivers a knee to Jey's midsection, but Jey rolls up Miz. Miz kicks out, but Jey levels Miz with an enzuigiri and clotheslines him out of the ring. He delivers a tope suicida to Miz, but Miz levels Jey with a king back in the ring during the commercial break.
Miz fires off knees on Jey's spine, then lands another one on the back of Jey's neck and wears him down with a rear chinlock. Jey ascends up to the middle rope back from the break, but Miz trips him and delivers a codebreaker. He spikes him with a DDT and goes for a pin, but Jey kicks out.
Miz connects with a Five Knuckle Shuffle on Jey and follows it up with a Skull Crushing Finale, then goes for a pin but Jey kicks out. Miz drags Jey up to the middle rope and sets up for an Avalanche Skull Crushing Finale, but Jey fights his way out and delivers a Samoan Drop to Miz on the top turnbuckle. He catches Miz with a spear and follows it up with an Uso Splash off the top rope for the win.

— We then head backstage, where we see #DIY and Candice LeRae speaking with Nick Aldis and Ilja Dragunov. Tommaso Ciampa vents his frustrations with Dragunov preventing him from answering the call for the US Open Challenge, but Aldis informs Ciampa that Dragunov already found someone to answer the call for the US Open Challenge tonight: Axiom. When Aldis subsequtently leaves and heads to his office, he finds Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman waiting outside of it. Aldis, Heyman, and Reed enter Aldis' office, and Heyman points out that he can appear on any brand to recruit his WarGames team. Security looks to escort out Heyman and Reed, and Cody Rhodes appears to confront Heyman and Reed, telling Reed to leave if he doesn't want to fight. Reed says he wants to fight, and Rhodes challenges him to a match tonight for the Undisputed WWE Championship.
— Back at ringside, Axiom and Ilja Dragunov are waiting in the ring.

WWE United States Championship Open Challenge Match: Ilja Dragunov (c) vs. Axiom
The bell rings and two lock up. Axiom levels Dragunov with a shoulder tackle and rocks Dragunov with a forearm, but Dragunov levels Axiom with a big boot. Dragunov sets up for the H-Bomb, but Axiom traps Dragunov in an armbar.
Dragunov escapes, but Axiom sends Dragunov crashing out of the ring and looks to fly off the ropes to level Dragunov. Dragunov hops up on the apron and catches Axiom with a forearm, but Dragunov pushes Axiom off the ropes and back into the ring. He ascends to the top rope, then connects with a senton on Axiom and goes for a pin. Axiom kicks out.
Dragunov sends Axiom crashing out of the ring with a boot, then wears him down with a submission back in the ring. He rains down Hammer and Anvil Elbows on Axiom, and fires off forearms on Axiom, then levels him and sets up for the Constantine Special. Axiom sees Dragunov coming and transitions into a Triangle, but Dragunov powers up to his feet and sends Axiom crashing into the mat with a powerbomb.
Axiom flies off the top rope and spikes Dragunov with a DDT, and the two men teeter on the top rope before Axiom delivers a Spanish Fly to Dragunov. He sets up for the Golden Ratio, but Dragunov intercepts Axiom with the Torpedo Moskau and the H-Bomb for the win.
Winner and STILL WWE United States Champion: Ilja Dragunov
— After the match, an enraged Tommaso Ciampa attacks Axiom until Nathan Frazer runs out to come to his tag team partner's aid.
— Backstage, we see R-Truth is with Aldis. R-Truth says he shined his balls up and he wants to handle them with care to put them in the raffle. Aldis takes them and R-Truth walks away. In comes Chelsea Green and she asks him why she didn’t get pyro when she won the United States title last week.
She asks him when her United States Championship celebration will take place. She asks for it next week with pyro. Aldis tells her he can make that work and he gives her R-Truth’s raffle balls and walks away. Green takes a good look at the balls and questions who they belong to.
— Sami Zayn then makes his way to the ring.
Zayn says he did what he said when he dethroned Solo Sikoa as United States Champion. He says he did some amazing things during that reign including wrestling John Cena in Cena's last "SmackDown" match and bringing back the US Open Challenge. He says he's had to watch MFT run things on "SmackDown" as he sat on the sidelines injured for four weeks, then calls out Sikoa to meet him in the ring face-to-face.
Sikoa's music hits, and he makes his way to the ring alongside Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga, and JC Mateo. Sikoa says he knows the real Zayn: a pathetic and desperate liar. He says desperate people do desperate things, then says he's selfish for that reason and cares about no one except for himself.
MFT hops up on the apron as Sikoa tells Zayn things could end really bad for him. He says he could beat down Zayn right now, but he's going to wait for Zayn to be medically cleared first. He wears Zayn that he's coming for him once he's medically cleared, and Zayn informs Sikoa he won't have to wait for long given that he's been medically cleared.
Zayn reveals he didn't come to the ring alone, and Shinsuke Nakamura, Rey Fenix, and The Motor City Machine Guns blindside MFT from behind. While MFT manage to beat down Zayn, Nakamura, Fenix, and The Motor City Machine Guns come to his aid and dump MFT out of the ring. Fenix then flies off the top rope with a Tornillo to level Tama, Loa, and Mateo on the outside.
— We then head backstage and see Jey Uso wish Cody Rhodes good luck in his upcoming Undisputed WWE Championship defense against Bronson Reed later tonight. Jimmy Uso approaches the duo and tells Rhodes he can count him in to be on his and Jey's team for the Men's WarGames match.
— LA Knight makes his way to the ring. Zack Ryder (also known as Matt Cardona) follows, revealing himself as Knight's mystery opponent.
The Last Time Is Now Tournament Match: Zack Ryder vs. LA Knight
The bell rings and the two go back and forth with one another. Ryder sets up for Rough Ryder on Knight, but Knight sees him coming. Ryder then dumps Knight out of the ring, and he whips Knight into the ring steps spine first during the commercial break.
The two men return to the ring, and Ryder levels Knight. He looks to suplex Knight, but Knight lands on his feet and delivers a suplex to Ryder. Ryder whips Knight into the corner spine first, but Knight responds with a back body drop to Ryder back from the break. He fires off right hands on Ryder, then levels him with a clothesline and a Russian Leg Sweep. He whips Ryder into the top turnbuckle chest first and follows it up with a neckbreaker to him, then goes for a pin but Ryder kicks out.
Ryder sends Knight crashing into the mat face first and delivers a forearm to him in the corner, then lands a boot on him in the corner and goes for a pin. Knight kicks out, then whips Ryder into the corner chest first once again and delivers a reverse DDT to him. He sets up for an elbow drop off the top rope, but Ryder moves out of the way and levels Knight with a Rough Ryder. He goes for a pin, but Knight kicks out.
Ryder sets up for Rough Ryder off the middle rope on Knight, but Knight intercepts him with a powerbomb. He follows it up with BFT for the win.
Winner: LA Knight
— We then head backstage and see Asuka, Kairi Sane, Lash Legend, and Nia Jax attack Rhea Ripley, IYO SKY, and Alexa Bliss.
— Back at ringside, Jade Cargill makes her way out. B-Fab and Michin follow.
Jade Cargill vs. B-Fab (w/ Michin)
The bell rings and B-Fab lands a pair of dropkicks on Cargill. She lands a leg lariat on her in the corner, but Cargill levels B-Fab with a forearm and sends her crashing into the mat with a chokeslam. She follows it up with a pair of powerbombs and Jaded for the win.
Winner: B-Fab
— After the match, Michin checks on B-Fab and stares down Cargill. Cargill shoves Michin, and the referee holds Michin back to prevent a brawl from breaking out.
— We then head over to Nick Aldis, where he draws the next four names to take part in first round matches for The Last Time Is Now Tournament: Bronson Reed vs. Carmelo Hayes and Penta vs. Finn Balor.
— Cody Rhodes then makes his way to the ring. Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman follow.

Undisputed WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Bronson Reed
The bell rings and the two lock up. Reed sends Rhodes crashing into the corner, but Rhodes lands an open palm strike on Reed. Reed levels Rhodes with a splash and an elbow drop, then goes for a pin but Rhodes kicks out.
Reed delivers an elbow drop to Rhodes, then connects with a splash on him in the corner and rocks Rhodes with a forearm during the commercial break. He whips Rhodes into the corner, but Rhodes levels Reed with a double kick back from the break and sets up for the Bionic Elbow. Reed sees Rhodes coming and sends him crashing into the mat with a Death Valley Driver, then goes for a pin but Rhodes kicks out.
Reed ascends to the top rope and sets up for the Tsunami, but Rhodes avoids it and looks to land a tope suicida on Reed through the middle rope. Reed intercepts Rhodes with a forearm and changes at him, but Rhodes sends Reed crashing over the barricade and into the timekeeper's area. He clears the announce desk, but Breakker and Logan Paul appear out of nowhere to attack Rhodes and cause the disqualification.
Winner and STILL Undisputed WWE Champion: Cody Rhodes (via disqualification)
— After the match, Paul and Breakker take turns firing off right hands on Rhodes. Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso run down to the ring to take out Paul and Breakker. Jimmy slides a table in the ring and Jey sets it up before Jimmy lays Paul on the table and The Usos ascend up opposite ropes. Drew McIntyre appears and pushes Jimmy off, then levels Jey and helps Paul.
Nick Aldis storms down to the ring and rips into Heyman for recruiting the suspended McIntyre for his WarGames team. Paul levels Jimmy with a right hand, but Rhodes fires off right hands on McIntyre and Paul. McIntyre levels Rhodes with a Claymore Kick, and reed follows it up with a Tsunami to him. Heyman hands McIntyre the WarGames paperwork, and McIntyre stands tall with Reed, Breakker, and Paul as the show goes off the air.
