If it was longer, the costumes were better, and it was in English [though it does have subtitles] it'd probably be a good fan flick. Good premise for a fan movie anyway. Enjoy.
PS:
The song that plays at the end is probably the greatest Freddy related song there is. Forget Dokken, Whodini, and the Fat Boys! The Fresh Prince is where it's at.
