So, who's next?

Who do you see feuding with Batista over the World Heavyweight Championship from now till Royal Rumble? What about No Way Out?

Judging from the Armageddon main event, you'd think that Booker and/or Finlay would continue to feud with him, and that seems to be what they're going for. Even though they already had Booker invoke his rematch clause, and the fact that we've seen countless Batista/Booker and Batista/Finlay matches already, there's no one else for him to feud with.

Kane's doing his thing with MVP, but has the possibility to move on to feud with someone else since an Inferno Match is pretty much a feud-ender. Perhaps at No Way Out after Taker wins the Royal Rumble. Which brings me a segway into the Rumble itself and Taker - Taker wins it. Give Batista some backdrop to No Way Out when he faces Taker's brother Kane for the World Title. Kane goes all heel on Batista whilst their feuding, and after Batista successfuly retains against him at NWO, have Kane beatdown on Batista, only to have Taker come out and help Batista out. Only thing is Batista turns on Taker and beats down on him. Heel turn leading up to their match at Wrestlemania.

Now in a perfect world we'd all have Benoit going for the World Title (and winning it might I add) but that just doesn't add up at the moment and has absolutely no chance of happening since WWE (and more importantly Vince) loves Batista.

That leaves the Rumble. What's to happen there involving the World Title? Defintely not another tag match with the belt not on the line, so it has to be a match with the belt up for grabs. Perhaps another Batista/Finlay/Booker Triple Threat Match, this time with No Disqualifications (even though Triple Threat's are usually No DQ, the one on SmackDown was billed as not a No DQ match). Maybe it's one-on-one versus Finlay in a gimmick match, maybe it's Vs. King Booker again in perhaps a gimmick match as well, who knows (barbed-wire steel cage match? It's been a while since WWE did one of those, and you never know with them... not saying it would be good, and not saying I'd want it, I don't).

Which once again all leads up to Batista Vs. Undertaker @ Wrestlemania 23. I remember reading once that Batista would like to face Taker at a Wrestlemania in the main event in a Hell in a Cell match so maybe they'd add that stip (wouldn't mind it, give Batista more cred, not that he needs it though).

At some point I see Batista feuding with Mysterio though. Don't know why, I just do. Maybe even Benoit (with a hopeful World Title win again).

Anyways, there's my input for who I see feuding with the big, lazy bastard over the next several months. Now who do you see going for the World Title?
