Small matches Getting More Steam than Title Matches?

I was just wondering, it's only a matter of weeks before Wrestlemania... So far I see a junk story between John Cena and Shawn Micheals that is only truly beginning to get into a mode of conflict... Not only that, but the only really big thing to happen in the Undertaker vs. Batista story was the Batista costing them their match at No Way Out thing... Other than that there really is not much build-up/steam for these matches which I think is unfair because the Hair vs. Hair match is getting all of the glory and the benefit of the doubt.

Does anybody else see it this way? Do you even think it's possible to build up these matches?

There are other matches beside the Hair vs Hair match? Are there midget matches? Or another sumo match?

McMahon must be senile. First we had the Kiss My Ass club, then multiple stupid women storylines (HLA anyone), and a crossdressing wrestler... the sumo match was bad enough, but who cares about either of the billionaires getting a haircut? I don't like hair vs hair when wrestlers' hair is involved.
