Edge's gimmick

If Edge does become the champ again, anyone think the gimmick might need some slight work?

Seems like the Rated R gimmick was built for two - Edge and Lita. Rated R for sex and violence. Without Lita, Edge hasn't really done anything Rated R apart from a couple of conchairtos. He's still been great at playing the cowardly heel but to continue the Rated R gimmick, he might need a couple more strings to the bow.

This could mean some stuff with divas.

I wouldn't want to see him in another relationship as the Lita one worked so well because of the real life chemistry and situation but is it maybe time for Edge to start shagging around?!

I don't know, seems like the gimmick needs a slight re-tooling and Edge definitely has the mic skills and charisma to do it.

Edge's gimmick has always been based on that of a loner. In his early days he would enter the ring through the crowd. He usually works on his own and keeps distance between himself and others. The Rated R gimmick is just another thing for him to get over with the crowd. He is suppose to be a bad boy who loves Sex and Violence. Edge has a unique gimmick and I dont think it needs to be touched at all.

I agree, his gimmick is fine.

edges gimmick is fine the way he is the only thing that might change eventually is if he is face or heel

a face turn would be interesting. He has been a heel for a while now.

Cena vs Edge with the roles reversed would be cool I think.

I have noticed that it seems Edge has been toned down a little as of lately, but I think his gimmick is fine, and we will see it back up to par soon.
