Some people say Rob Van Dam held the World Title 2 times, because he had 2 different titles at the same time. Others say it was once because he won the WWE title from Cena and the ECW World Title was handed to him. What do you think?

i can see how someone would make the arguement because he held the belts simultaneously but it still counts as a title reign even if the ecw title was given to him, he defended it anyways so i would say he is a two time world champ
I say two. If he had to defend both of them, then it counts.
i would agree with two title reigns and those ended just like all of his title shots with a screw job
