Make mick foley GM of ECW and make Paul Heyman Manage like some heel superstar. STart a sabu RVD fued making RVD the Heel, Test and tommy dreamer fued and mix tag team fued, and have Bobby lashley Cm punk fued and send rey rey or benoit to ECW(when he comes back) andmake atleast 2 hardcore matches a night as well as extending the show. or another option sen the hardy boyz to ECW i would tune in just to watch the hardy boys do thier high flying shit. AND Carlito is being underused for his talent.
One thing that would help a lot is stop calling it ECW.
Let Paul E book the show.
Make Mick Foley or Terry Funk GMs
Get another hour.
A Tv and Tag titles.
Make ECW a separate brand, meaning that Raw or Smackdown aren’t involved with ECW in any way.

5) Bring in a GM - Paul Heyman was nothing more than a tool to get people watch ECW, he out lived his use end of story. It would be nice to see Ecw get another original to be GM of the show. Bring in Mick Foley, Terry Funk or Steve Austin.
6) Get a 2 hour show and a better time slot in Canada please- 2 Hours DUH! Ecw comes on Saturday mornings at 12 am. In america it already been show and the highlights are already on WWE.COM. Id be shocked if more than 100 people in Canada even watch Ecw, Besides the time it comes on its also shown during the same time as the Smackdown replay...

How about Better Writers that explain in detail the storylines and arent just for a couple of weeks. That way the C Show in ECW could maybe get some recognition and maybe a rise in ratings. Even if Vince oversee's the product he still wants it to do well and by putting in better writers you can have those stories that explicitely get the people to possibly enjoy the product.
It would be rather hard for Ecw to do any real indepth storylines in 45min. I would say they should just focus on the wrestling like TNA did till Russo came in. Put on great matches to prove they should get a second hour. This is a good time to start moving stars who are main event jobbers around to create new fueds. For example:
Monty Brown to SD to fued with Batista
Cm Punk to SD to fued with Helms.
Ken Kennedy to Raw to fued with Cena
Umaga to Ecw to fued with Lashley.
Jeff hardy & Nirto, Cryme time and Cade and Muedoch(sp?) to SD to put the SD tag divison over.
Bring heyman back..
Let him have full control..
bring back smaller arenas..
scrap hardcore rules..
raid the ring of honor roster..
the death of vince mcmahon lol.
Honestly I don't think anything can save ECW from being put 6 ft. under!
BUT,I think the whole thing with the new breed is exactly what TAZ keeps saying,"Its a breath of fresh air".
Other than that,bring back the T.V. Title,as well as a tag-team division(yeah I know,what would they do with a tag division when they can't even find any real tag competiton on RAW and SD combined!),and make it EXTREME again!
Let the guys do what they need to do to get back to that level of hardcore wrestling that brought ECW the exposure that got them on the map.
And for crying out loud,find a GM that can give the ECW fans what they need,Heyman was a character,NO,a puppet,controlled by McMahons hand,and when Heyman didn't want to be controlled anymore,he was fired for it.
Put someone in there,and give them free reign over it,and let it fall where it may.
If it dies it dies,but hopefully someone with the right mindset,could possibly ressurect it!
