The IC title has meant crap ever since Umaga got it before wrestlemania 23. It was only given to him to make it champion vs champion, then it went to Santino, back to Umaga (another meaningless reign, given his character), and eventually just became something for the aspiring main event to wear and never defend (Jeff Hardy and now Chris Jericho).Quote:
