Warrior is a moron and I would have thought WWE would not have had placed him in the HOF after all his comments in the past, especially during the Benoit incident.
I agree 100% on Sammartino going into the HOF and I am sure he will one day.
I think it is wrong that Benoit will not be in the HOF one day, in my personal opinion, the personal history should be kept separate from his wrestling career. Maybe one day way down the track he may be recognized some how but it is most likely not to happen.
That's the whole problem with the WWE HOF, that they only induct people that have wrestled for WWE.
The HOF should be for people who truly deserves it, and I have to say, many people in the WWE HOF should never have been there in my opinoon.
Benoit was one of the greatest wrestler ever, and you know it!
As William Regal said: Remember Chris for everything he did, except the last hours of his life.
Besides, WWE had a 3-Hour Benoit Tribute RAW, so I don't see that the idea of him being inducted in the future is totally farfetched.
The Rock, Undertaker,Shawn Micheals,Rick Rude, ultamt warrior, paul bearer, mick foley, yokozuna, and the road warriors all need to be inducted
You're wrong about Hansen never wrestling for WWE. While he's best known for his career in Japan, he wrestled for the then-WWWF in the late 1970s. His lariat gained infamy for supposedly breaking Bruno Sammartino's neck during a match, even though the injury actually occured due to a botched bodyslam. Because of the storyline of the lariat breaking Bruno's neck, promoters worldwide started claiming enormous power for the move.
Oh, okay. I knew about him breaking Sammartino's neck, but I didn't know it was in the WWWF.
Also, SM, they did the Benoit tribute show BEFORE they knew what actually happened... and immediately apologized for airing it afterward and took a lot of crap for it, despite the fact that everything wasn't finalized before they did it. So... I'm pretty sure them inducting him into the Hall of Fame wouldn't go over well... at all.
Former AWA World champion Maurice "Mad Dog" Vachon. Vachon will be inducted by Pat Patterson.
PWI
I never really thought of Mad Dog, but I'm cool with him being inducted. He was a true bad ass and a great Canadian wrestler.
what about bret the hitman hart's dad
