SD or ECW, he isn't good enough to be on Raw.

ECW becuase they need a top guy other than rvd and the big show

He should be on Smackdown.

Smackdown. On RAW, he'd get stuck in mid carder hell. Considering that he just left TNA for that reason, I don't think he'd be too happy. Maybe ECW.

definitley RAW. he's too mush of an actorish wrestler to be in SD or ECW

With HHH going down, I'd like to see Monty go to RAW as a 'grey area' face.
