WWE 2K26 received patch 1.09 on April 28, addressing a handful of gameplay issues and stability concerns while the development team continues work on the next major update.
According to 2K's official patch notes, the hotfix targets two specific move-related problems. The Jackhammer Pin Combo and the Corner Springboard Spear both had issues that have now been addressed, alongside broader stability and performance improvements throughout the game.
The patch also quietly resolved an additional bug that had not been publicly reported. Players confirmed the update fixed a crash that occurred when attempting to delete custom images within the game's customization features. SmackTalks shared confirmation of the fix on Twitter, noting the deletion utility now functions properly when selecting custom images.
2K confirmed that patch 1.10 is currently in development and will be released soon, though no specific details have been shared about what the next major update will address.
WWE 2K26 launched on March 13 across multiple platforms to positive reviews and has received consistent updates since release to address player feedback and technical issues.
