Former WWE United States Champion Logan Paul has provided an update on his recovery.

‘The Maverick’ previously explained that the injury happened when Angelo Dawkins landed awkwardly on him near the end of their tag team title match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. He underwent surgery for the torn triceps shortly after.

However, Paul has revealed that he is already out of his arm brace and performing triceps stretching exercises, a sign that the WWE superstar may be moving faster than the recovery timeline doctors gave him.

Doctors reportedly gave Paul a six-month recovery timeline following surgery, a projection he has already pushed back against. His latest post suggests he is ahead of the curve, showing off the physical therapy work he is doing on the injured arm.

The update came via Logan Paul on Instagram, where he told fans the recovery is going well while admitting the injury changed his plans for the year.

"Yeah recovery is going well. Really thought this was gonna be my year in the WWE but God had different plans and that’s ok,”
Paul wrote.

Paul said he is focusing on what he still has, including more time with his daughter and the launch of his Ripit project. He made clear he does not plan to stay down for long.

"I have so much to be thankful for: a beautiful family, more time with my daughter, attention on the perfect launch for @ripit. But for now I told my wife I probably have another 2/3 days of bitching and moaning. I think that’s fair. Then I’m gonna get back to kicking ass & manifesting my reality cuz this is all a simulation anyway. The silver lining will be glorious, I know it."
