VertVixen has officially reached a major career milestone. The independent wrestling star is now under contract with AEW.

She has spent years working across the wrestling scene. She has appeared regularly for Athena’s Metroplex Wrestling alongside TJPW, Big Time Wrestling, and other promotions. VertVixen’s hard work has paid off as she secured her place with AEW and ROH.

Fightful Select reports that VertVixen is under contract. She is now considered part of the AEW/ROH roster. Nevertheless, the exact details of her deal remain unclear. Moreover, it is unknown if she has a full-time contract.

She could instead be working under a per-appearance agreement. VertVixen has made several appearances for AEW already. She has wrestled on both Dynamite and Collision. She has also worked multiple ROH tapings recently.

VertVixen also worked promotional duties for AEW All In: London. Her appearance raised questions about her AEW status. Fightful later confirmed she is part of the roster. Her latest appearance came on August 8’s Collision.

VertVixen teamed with Viva Van during the show. The pair faced the Brawling Birds in tag team action and ultimately suffered a loss. Last week, she also performed at an ROH TV taping, where she teamed up with Viva Van but once again suffered a loss against Red Velvet and Zayda Steel.

With VertVixen now part of AEW’s roster, it will be interesting to see what role she gets next. Will she appear this weekend at All In: London? Only time will tell.
