Hermie Sadler's UWF announced their three day tag team tournament will run from 7/19-7/21 in South Carolina in North Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Columbia respectively. Titled the "Rock N' Roll Express Tag Team Tournament" the 10 team field is expected to include Rick and Scott Steiner, a Too Cool reunion featuring Brian Christopher and Scott Taylor, LAX, and Steve Corino & CW Anderson.
The UWF Hardcore War II DVD is now available for pre-order at www.UWFUSA.com featuring Team 3D vs. AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels in a Philly Street Fight, Steve Corino vs. Dustin Rhodes in a Bullrope match so bloody the ringside doctor demanded they go to the finish, Sabu in his first post-WWE appearance vs. Danny Doring and more. The UWF's Maryland event is also up for pre-order.
JD Michaels, a regular for the promotion, received a tryout at the Smackdown tapings in Philadelphia.
UWF recently announced they were dropping their general admission tickets to $10 in an effort to make shows more affordable for families that attend. The top ticket price for the company is usually in the area of $50-$75, which includes an exclusive pre-show autograph and photo session with the entire roster as well.
There are plans to return to Richmond, Virginia this September for Capital Punishment II, the second edition of one of the company's marquee events.

Just to add to this story a bit...
More teams were announced for the "Rock N' Roll Express" three day tag team tournament Hermie Sadler's UWF will run from 7/19-7/21 in South Carolina in North Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Columbia respectively.
The 10 team field is expected to include Rick and Scott Steiner, a Too Cool reunion featuring Brian Christopher and Scott Taylor, LAX, Steve Corino & CW Anderson, The Naturals, Team Macktion and the Diamonds in the Rough, plus AJ Styles, Jay Lethal, Konnan, and Joey Matthews scheduled. Tickets for all three dates go on sale this morning at www.UWFUSA.com. Oddly enough, no mention of Ricky Morton or Robert Gibson for the dates. I sure hope that changes.
Expect the promotion to run many more dates in conjunction with sponsorships from car dealerships in the Carolinas and Virginia area.
