ogue internet firms are conning Arsenal fans out of hundreds of pounds for Champions League final tickets that never arrive, a Sky News investigation has found.

Gunners' supporters desperate to watch the match are being preyed upon.

Uefa, European football's governing body, has promised an investigation.

Arsenal have been given just 21,000 official tickets for tonight's game with Barcelona in Paris.

Paul Jones paid £550 for two match tickets online as a treat for his son Max, who had passed his 11+ exams, but neither the tickets or a refund arrived.

He said: "It's very difficult to explain to a child what has happened."

Sky investigators purchased four tickets for £1,100 from the Online Ticket Shop - with annual profits of £3.5m - which did not come.

The firm's offices were traced but no one was available to comment.

Tonight's game is the biggest in Arsenal's history - and the best prize could be the signature of striker Thierry Henry.

The star has yet to commit his future to the north London side and a win could help sway his decision.

Manager Arsene Wenger says his side can turn over the Spanish champions.

He said: "Barcelona are a very good team but playing at our best we can beat them.

"Even if it is the best team we will play in the Champions League this season, I still believe we can do it."
