David Beckham's representatives say no discussions have taken place to extend his loan agreement at AC Milan until the end of the Serie A season.

The England international will join Milan next month after agreeing to sign for the Italian giants on loan from LA Galaxy.

Beckham will spend two months at the San Siro while the MLS season is on a break, as he looks to maintain his fitness in a bid to keep a spot in the England squad.

Reports have suggested the former Manchester United star could stay with the Rossoneri until the end of the season, but Beckham's advisers say the player will only be staying for two months before returning to LA Galaxy

Officials at AC Milan and LA Galaxy have told Sky Sports News chief news reporter Bryan Swanson that no further negotiations have taken place before Beckham officially joins the club on 7th January.
