    Default Mark Briscoe Injured

    Mark Briscoe Injured
    Sunday, December 28, 2008

We have sketchy details at this time but it appears the attack last night at Final Battle 2008 by the American Wolves on the knee of Mark Briscoe has put the five time ROH World Tag Team Champion on the shelf for an unknown period of time. Briscoe has been working for the past few months with an injured knee and the attack by Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards has apparently done additional damage.

The Briscoes defeated Kensuke Sasaki & Katsuhiko Nakajima in a great tag team encounter when Richards & Edwards hit the ring and attacked Mark's knee with a steel chair.

Jay Briscoe had some interesting comments that were taped for the ROH Video Wire towards the American Wolves in the dressing room after the match.

We'll bring you additional information on the knee injury to Mark Briscoe as we get it.

Update - Mark Briscoe's "knee injury" at last night's show was just selling, and not another injury.
