KEN ANDERSON is not a man who shirks controversy.
When wrestling fans saw him in his familiar guise as Mr Kennedy, he was known best for his skills on the microphone.
Now the grappler finds himself away from the WWE spotlight, he continues to do what he does best talk.
His blog entries on the Heyman Hustle website have been continually near the mark and his latest is no different.
After a video where he informed viewers of correct workout attire, taking shots at the cliched bright clothes and bum bags, he is back with his guide to nutritious eating.
However, it is not a genuine breakdown of the best foods to build your body, but a tongue-in-cheek nod to accusations of his previous steroid use.
Anderson preaches a diet of hard boiled eggs, beef jerky, water and 'supplements'.
Referring to the copious pills in front of him, he adds: "I don't even know what this stuff is. I got a guy who gives the stuff to me."
It is a reference to his defence to being suspended by WWE's Wellness Policy, where he essentially blamed his doctor for what he was being supplied.
This is all augmented by a snapshot of Kennedy on tour, drinking a Coca-Cola and some Skittles, suggesting he may not follow that diet after all!
Anderson has frequently blogged since his WWE release and almost every entry has been had a degree of self-deprecating humour about reasons for his departure.
Last week, a written entry accompanied the video, but was more thoughtful and serious in tone.
Anderson blamed himself for being let go from WWE, stating "Kennedy screwed Kennedy" and citing his frequent controversial appearances in the media as the main factor for being in the company's doghouse.
SunSport readers will be familiar with this, since his most notable outbursts came during two episodes of our award-winning WrestleCast series, with hosts Simon Rothstein and Joel Ross.
In one interview, he admitted taking steroids before signing with WWE but insisted he stopped taking them afterwards.
Shortly after making this statement, he was suspended for a Wellness Policy violation.
After serving the ban, he returned to chat with Joel and Simon.
During the interview he admitted he did steroids and freely opined that those who do so should not be punished, as they choose themselves to risk their health.
These controversial statements did not sit well with WWE management, who released Anderson from his contract on May 29, 2009.
Recalling his media outbursts in his last written blog, Anderson said: "When Mr Kennedy exploded on the scene in WWE, I was given the opportunity to do media interviews all over the world, which can be EXTREMELY intoxicating.
"You're living out your dream, making serious money, finally achieving all your goals, and you're getting the chance to build on the already intense fame by talking to the media.
"Replying 'No comment' or 'I do not recall' should have been in my vocabulary.
"I admit I just wasn't media savvy enough at the time to deal with all that comes with the responsibility of talking to the Press.
"I said some very sophomoric things and that mistake was mine and mine alone and I have learned from it."

Anderson's final WrestleCast interview, in March this year, got him in serious hot water for revealing details of WWE's Wellness Policy, which tests wrestlers for illegal steroid use, as well labelling his previous suspension as "bulls***".
He told us: "The testing is ridiculous, I swear it is more rigorous than the NFL.
"It seems like every time I go to TV, I get tested.
"There's a note up on the wall and I have to go in front of a guy, pull my pants around my ankles, pull my shirt up to my armpits, stand there and pee into a little cup.
"When you're doing it on a weekly basis, it tends to be a little much."
His most controversial statement, though, came in his effort to justify steroid use.
He said: "I'm probably going to get myself in trouble here but we live in a free country. If I'm not hurting anybody, what's the big deal?
"I'm not hurting you. If I have health issues down the road, then I have health issues."
Anderson's no-compete clause ends on August 27, after which date he will be free to wrestle for TNA or any other wrestling promotion.
