CZW High Stakes 2010 (New Champion!!)

2/1 - CZW CROWNS A NEW WORLD CHAMPION AT HIGH STAKES!

Wow... for those who missed it, this past Saturday's HIGH STAKES event will go down as one of the most memorable, and important shows in CZW hsitory. 'The Best Around' retained their tag-team titles AND retired the BLKOUT name in an unbelievable SKY'S THE LIMIT Ladder Match, the Necro Butcher knocked Sami Callihan's jaw loose, and most importantly, longtime CZW fan-favorite B-BOY did what no other CZW superstar has done in nearly 2 years, by defeating Drake Younger to become the NEW CZW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!

CZW management wants to thank all the fans who braved the harsh weather on Saturday to make it out to the historic night of action. For those who missed it, let's take a look at the results:

From the CZW Wired Pre-Show:

1. Drew Gulak defeated Ryan Slater, Little Mondo, and Jon Dahmer in a 4-Way Matchup.

2. Joe "Chainsaw" Gacy defeated DJ Hyde

3. Tyler Veritas vs. Adam Cole went to a no-contest when Drew Gulak and Ryan Slater hit the ring and took out both competitors.

HIGH STAKES Main Show:

1. DEVON MOORE defeated LUCKY
2. RYAN MCBRIDE and RICH SWANN defeated THE SPANISH ARMADA
3. NICK GAGE defeated EDDIE KINGSTON following interference from Devon Moore
4. JC BAILEY defeated xOMGx with help from Billy Gram
5. B-BOY defeated DRAKE YOUNGER to become the new CZW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION
6. GREG EXCELLENT defeated DREW BLOOD to retain the CZW Jr. Heavyweight Championship
7. EGO FANTASTICO defeated SCOTTY VORTEKZ
8. NECRO BUTCHER and DANNY HAVOC defeated SAMI CALLIHAN and JON MOXLEY when Necro pinned Sami Callihan to earn a 1-on-1 contest in February.
9. THE BEST AROUND defeated THE BLKOUT (Sabian and Kingston) in the SKY'S THE LIMIT LADDER MATCH to earn the rights to the BLKOUT name and retain the CZW World Tag Team Championship.

The fallout from High Stakes is still being sorted out as of press time, but there are a few things we now know for sure. The BLKOUT in CZW is done, and 2 big matches are now confirmed for CZW's huge doubleheader return in just 2 weeks on February 13th to the CZW Arena in South Philly! And of course, there are not 1, but 2 shows scheduled for February 13th, with the first being absolutely FREE to CZW fans as our way of thanking you for 11 great years of support. The lineups for each show are still being determined, but we do know that at some point on February 13th, these two matches have already been signed:
