SATURDAY'S CAGE WARRIORS 50 LINEUP SET, MMAJUNKIE.COM'S STREAM GOES WORLDWIDE
BY MMAJUNKIE.COM STAFF ON DEC 05, 2012 AT 8:45 AM ET

The lineup is set for Saturday's Cage Warriors 50 event.

The event marks the organization's debut in Scotland, and former Cage Warriors champion Paul McVeigh (18-7) meets promotional newcomer Brandon Hempleman (8-1) in the headliner.

The event's main card, which won't be geo-blocked in the U.K. or Ireland, streams live and free on MMAjunkie.com beginning at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT (9 p.m. GMT local time) from Kelvin Hall in Glasgow.

"We believe we have an excellent product here at Cage Warriors, and we want people all over the world to be able to tune in and enjoy it free of charge," Cage Warriors CEO Graham Boylan stated. "Due to circumstances beyond our control, viewers in Ireland and the U.K. haven't been able to do so lately but we're delighted to have been able to change that for this weekend.

"We've had to incur some expense in order to do that, but it's a worthwhile investment to ensure that the Cage Warriors fans who can't make it to the show can enjoy what's set to be another superb event from the comfort of their homes."

Although the main card will be available worldwide, the night's prelims won't be streamed or televised.
