One of Rob Van Dam's Twitter followers asked if he would be returning to WWE by this year's SummerSlam pay-per-view event. Rob Van Dam replied:
@THEPIMPHACKER: Are you going to return by #Summerslam ? @TherealRVD ? Indeed.
As noted earlier, Rob Van Dam has a deal with the company where he only works for about three months at a time and then takes an extended amount of time off.
