    Photo of dog keg stand gets man arrested

    The Twitter account @SunyPartyStory has a lot of photos that might be disturbing to anyone with eyes and a brain, but a photo of a dog doing a keg stand got a man arrested.

    The tweet shows a dog doing a keg stand, assisted by a guy with a SUNY Brockport sweatshirt on. It was posted by @SunyPartyStory with the caption “Keg stands n Bits!”

    Police connected the photo to Robert Yates of Brockport, NY. Yates was charged with torturing and injuring animal. He will appear in court on April 2nd. The dog was apparently stolen and has been returned to its owners without any injury. Other posters claim the dog didn’t actually drink any beer.
