An 8-month old baby in Colombia is being put on a strict diet after the toddler weighed in at 40 pounds.
Doctors are stepping in because "Santiago" is three times heavier than the average child in his age group!
Doctors say Santiago should weigh around 17 pounds.
He will be taken off formula milk and given juice and vegetables.
Doctors say there's nothing wrong, medically, but the baby has been overfed.
