(2) Yuma Aoyagi & Soma Takao [DDT] vs. Masashi Takeda [U-FILE] & Keisuke Ishii [DDT]
◆Winner: Takao (8:04) with a Gin ‘n Tonic on Keisuke.
~ Takao with a direct win over his own former partner as he made it known that he will challenge the winner of tonight’s World Junior match.
(3) Takao Omori & Ryoji Sai [LAND’S END] vs. Yutaka Yoshie [FREE] & Kengo Mashimo [K-DOJO]
◆Winner: Sai (12:34) following the Nachi no Taki on Yoshie.

(4) GAORA TV Championship Match: [9th Champion] Yohei Nakajima vs. [Challenger] Takeshi Minamino (FREE)
◆Winner: Minamino (15:41) with a School Boy, while his foot was on the rope.
~ Champion falls on 1st title defense. Minamino becomes the 10th generation champion.
~ Yohei was distraught with the loss as the GAORA first defense curse strikes him down as well.

~ Event cards were released for part of the shows in August. A special tag match on 8/20 (Akiyama & Daichi vs Strong BJ),
a Triple Crown match will be held on 8/27 in Nagoya, and the AJ PHOENIX show on 8/31. The updates can be seen in the event card link the bottom of this post.

(5) World Junior Heavyweight Championship Match: [40th Champion] Hikaru Sato (Pancrase MISSION) vs. [Challenger] Tatsuhito Takaiwa (FREE)
◆Winner: Hikaru (15:32) with a Cross Armbar.
~ DDT’s Soma Takao came out to make the challenge. Hikaru accepted the challenge from his former DDT understudy.

(6) Kento Miyahara & Jake Lee vs. Jun Akiyama & Konosuke Takeshita [DDT]
◆Winner: Akiyama (15:19) following a Sterness Dust on Miyahara.
~ Akiyama once more with the direct win over the Triple Crown champion.

(7) Suwama’s Return Special 6 Man Tag Match: Suwama, Atsushi Aoki & Naoya Nomura vs. Zeus, Shuji Ishikawa [FREE] & Super Tiger [RJPW]
◆Winner: Ishikawa (16:57) following the Giant Slam on Suwama.
~ Suwama was a bit out of it following the loss, but came to as he stated that he aims to re-claim his position as the top guy in the promotion. Eyeing the climb back up to challenge for the TC belt which he had to forfeit due to the injury earlier this year.
