This week, Blood & Guts is presented by Shark Week on Discovery! Kota Ibushi makes his AEW debut to reunite the Golden Elite against Blackpool Combat Club & Takeshita & PAC. The Blind eliminator tag team tournament finals: Adam Cole & MJF vs. Daniel Garcia & Sammy Guevara. FTW Champion Hook vs. Jack Perry.

– We are live! Excalibur, Taz, and Tony Schiavone greet audiences at home as "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry makes his way down to the ring with a new look. HOOK follows.

FTW Championship: HOOK (C) vs. Jack Perry

The bell rings and HOOK wastes no time. He fires off right thanks to Perry's midsection before Perry slides out of the ring. HOOK follows, and Perry delivers a knee to his midsection. He follows it up with a chop, but HOOK sends Perry crashing into the audience and clotheslines him back into the ringside area. He tosses Perry back inside the ring before Perry delivers a dropkick to HOOK off the middle rope.

Back from the break, Perry looks to deliver a German suplex to HOOK off the apron and to the outside. HOOK prevents him from doing so and delivers a T-Bone suplex to Perry, then drags Perry back inside the ring. Perry slides back out and sends HOOK spine first into the ring post, then delivers an elevated DDT to him off the apron.

The pair get back in the ring, and Perry delivers a German suplex. HOOK lands on his feet and delivers a pair of German suplexes of his own. Perry delivers a low blow to HOOK while the referee is distracted and follows it up with a sliding elbow. He goes for a pin, but HOOK kicks out. He grabs the FTW Championship from the timekeeper's area, but the referee catches him. HOOK accidentally sends Perry crashing into the referee and delivers a suplex, then goes for a pin. No one is around to count it, and HOOK checks on the referee. Perry then hits HOOK with the FTW Championship face first and pins him for the win.

Winner and NEW FTW Champion: Jack Perry

– We head over to a video of Alex Marvez and a cameraman catching a video of Chris Jericho and Don Callis having a meal and looking at some photos with a security guard standing by.

– We then head over to another video of MJF and Adam Cole having some dinner, eating some spicy chicken, taking a few shots at Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia, and telling some stories.

– Back from the break, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. heads down. Kayla Sparks is already waiting in the ring.

Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. vs. Kayla Sparks

The bell rings and Baker delivers a Sling Blade to Sparks. Sparks delivers a boot to her face, but Baker lands a suplex and a twisting neckbreaker. She cinches in the Lock Jaw for the win.

Winner: Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.


– We shoot backstage to Renee Paquette, who is standing by with MJF and Adam Cole. The two talk about how they aren't surprised how far they've come as a tag-team. Cole vows they will win and capture the tag titles. MJF then vows they'll hit that double clothesline and win tonight. MJF pulls out matching ring trunks for them for tonight. Cole pulls out matching ring jackets for them. He says he has another surprise but tells MJF he'll have to wait for that one. The two walk off. Roderick Strong walks up in his neck collar yelling for Adam.

– Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara then make their way down to the ring. Chris Jericho unexpectedly appears and calls for his music to be cut, much to the dismay of the crowd. He then joins commentary as Adam Cole and MJF head down.

Blind Eliminator Tag-Team Tournament Finals: Sammy Guevara & Daniel Garcia vs. MJF & Adam Cole

The two teams have a mini dance off before Garcia and Guevara blindside Cole and MJF. The bell rings, and Garcia cinches in a side headlock on MJF. Cole tags in and MJF delivers a right hand to Garcia's head. Guevara helps Garcia slide out of the ring, and MJF runs the ropes before stopping himself and posing. Guevara pulls Cole off the apron.

Back from the break, Garcia tags in and prevents MJF from making the tag. Guevara tags in and goes the same. The two mock Cole and MJF by looking for a double clothesline, but Cole tags in and delivers a pump kick to Garcia. He follows it up with a superkick, but Garcia fires off kicks on his midsection. Cole then lands a superkick and lowers his knee pad, then looks for The Boom. Guevara puts a stop to things and looks to go flying off the apron, but Cole catches him with a superkick mid-air and tags in MJF. Guevara delivers a double Spanish Fly to MJF and Cole.

Cole tags back in and delivers a kick to Guevara's jaw. Garcia makes the blind tag and locks in the Sharpshooter, but Cole makes his way to the bottom rope to break the hold. Cole dumps him out of the ring and on top of Guevara, then tells MJF to go deliver a tope suicida. MJF sikes himself out, but Cole encourages him and MJF successfully does the maneuver as Cole holds open the ropes. MJF gets Garcia back in the ring, and Cole delivers the Panama Sunrise. MJF then tags in, and the pair deliver the double clothesline to Garcia for the win.

Winners: MJF and Adam Cole

– After the match, Jericho meets Garcia and Guevara on the ramp. He applauds them, but the pair brush past him and head backstage. Jericho storms after them as Cole grabs MJF's AEW World Championship. MJF becomes enraged and snatches it out of his hand. Cole calms MJF down, and the pair hug. However, MJF glares at him while his back is turned.

FTR's music hits, and Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler get into the ring to stare down MJF and Cole.

– Back from the break, Claudio Castagnoli heads down to the ring. Kenny Omega follows.

Blood & Guts Match: The Golden Elite vs. Blackpool Combat Club

The bell rings and Omega locks up with Castagnoli. Castagnoli fires off uppercuts on Omega, but Omega reverses things and does the same. Omega lands a back elbow before Castagnoli delivers a backbreaker and delivers a knee to Omega's neck. Castagnoli dumps Omega between the two rings, but Omega sends him into the top turnbuckle face first. He then ascends to the top and delivers a crossbody, then dumps Castagnoli into the other ring and delivers a chop. Castagnoli delivers a series of chops and uppercuts, but Omega delivers a hurricanrana and a lariat.

The next participant enters the cage and it's...PAC! Omega fires off right hands and chops on Castagnoli, but PAC ascends to the top and surprises him with a dropkick. He delivers a few kicks to his midsection, then delivers a dropkick.

Back from the break, Castagnoli and PAC continue to wear down Omega. However, it's time for "Hangman" Adam Page to enter and he takes out Castagnoli with a clothesline. He then delivers a Fallaway Slam to PAC before landing a powerbomb and ascending to the top rope. He delivers a moonsault to Castagnoli. Omega then tosses PAC over to Page, and he delivers a German suplex. Omega and Page deliver simultaneous boots to Castagnoli and PAC in opposite rings, but Castagnoli responds with a dropkick to Omega as Page continues wearing down PAC.

The next entrant for BCC is up, and Jon Moxley marches down to the ring. He stabs Page in the eye with a fork, then does the same to Omega in his ear. Moxley then stabs Page with the fork some more, then hands Castagnoli a fork of his own. Moxley rakes Omega with the fork as PAC holds him in place, then goes the same to Page. Castagnoli jams his fork into Omega's eye as Moxley grabs a bucket from under the ring. He slides back inside, and Page fires off forearms. Moxley catches him with a lariat, then dumps broken glass across the ring from the bucket.

The Golden Elite is about to get some backup, and Nick Jason is the next entrant. He delivers a dropkick to Moxely off the top that sends Moxley into the glass spine first, then delivers a kick to Castagnoli and a Stinner to PAC. He clotheslines PAC into the other ring, then delivers another Stunner to him and a hurricanrana to Castagnoli off the top rope in the other ring. Moxley sends Nick into the glass spine first, then stomps on his chest. Castagnoli and Moxley suplex Omega on top of the glass shards, and Castagnoli dumps Nick into the other ring.

BCC gets some backup in Wheeler Yuta, who is the next entrant. He runs down to the ring with a chair in hand.

Yuta rams the chair into Nick's midsection, then suplexes him on top of the chair. Castagnoli then sends him face first into the top turnbuckle repeatedly as Moxley jams Omega's face into the side of the cage. PAC then holds him in place as Moxley fires off right hands.

Matt Jackson is next out for The Golden Elite, and delivers a pair of lariats to PAC. He plants PAC face first, then plants Yuta on top of a chair with a DDT. Matt delivers a Sliced Bread to Castagnoli off of Moxley, then delivers a Shooting Star Press to Moxley as Nick goes flying off the top. PAC sends Page into the top turnbuckle face first as Matt delivers a hurricanrana to Moxley. Moxley plants both of the Bucks with a suplex each before Castagnoli delivers an uppercut to them both. Omega plants Yuta in the broken glass face first.

The final member of BCC's team enters, and it's Konosuke Takeshita. He runs down with a chair in hand as Don Callis trails behind him. Takeshira hits Nick with the chair in the face, then sends the Bucks crashing into one another and delivers a double German suplex to them both. Callus joins commentary as Omega wrestles the chair to Takeshita. Takeshita prevents Omega from hitting him with it, then plants him. Moxley grabs a bed of nails from under the ring and sets it up in the corner, then bites Omega's head. He looks to send him in the bed of nails, but Omega puts a stop to his momentum. Moxley dropkicks Omega into the nails, then bodyslams him on top of it.

The final man enters the match, and Kota Ibushi makes his way down to the ring. Yuta runs up the ramp to meet him, but Ibushi levels him and enters the cage. He levels PAC, Castagnoli, and Takeshita as Matt makes his way up the ramp to meet Yuta. Moxley dares Ibushi to come at him, and Ibushi fires off right hands and kicks. Takeshita wears down Nick in the corner as Ibushi delivers a double kick to Castagnoli and PAC. On the ramp, Matt suplex Yuta as Ibusho plants Moxley on the bed of nails spine first. He delivers a standing moonsault as Matt and Yuta go tumbling off the stage. Takeshita delivers chops to Omega and Ibushi, but Ibushi and Omega catch him with a knee and a kick respectively. PAC fires off stomps on Ibushi while Castagnoli sends Nick crashing into the side of the cage.

Back from another break, Yuta and Matt have ascended to the top of the cage. They continue to brawl with one another before Matt delivers rolling German suplexes to Yuta. Yuta eventually counters with a DDT, then climbs back down and gets inside the cage. Omega whips Castagnoli into a garbage can set up in the corner as Matt rains down right hands on PAC. Moxley delivers a Piledriver to Ibushi, and Matt rains down tacks from the top of the cage. Nick and Page plant PAC and Castagnoli on top of the tacks with back body drops and climbs down as Nick fires off kicks on everyone. Matt then gets inside the cage.

Matt bites Takeshita as Nick pulls out a table from under the ring and sets it up in the corner. Ibushi powerbombs PAC into the corner as the Bucks land kicks on him before Omega delivers a moonsault. Matt then goes flying, and Nick delivers a 450 Splash. Nick locks in a Sharpshooter on PAC as Matt locks in a crossface. PAC escapes as Page bodyslams Moxley on the tacks. Nick sets up a table between the two rings as Takeshita delivers a forearm to Ibushi. Takeshita plants Ibushi on top of the tacks before Ibushi does the same to him. Yuta fires off right hands on Matt in the corner and sits him on the top as Moxley does the same to Page. Castagnoli does the same to Omega as does Takeshita to Ibushi, and one by one, they plant the Golden Elite with suplexes. PAC swings off the top of the cage and delivers a double stomp to Nick through the table in the middle of the two rings,

The ten men all make their way back to their feet and brawl with one another in the center of the cage. Takeshita delivers a double clothesline to the Bucks, but Page levels him. Moxley delivers a cutter to Page, but Ibushi levels him. PAC then takes him down, and Omega catches him with a Snap Dragon suplex into the glass. He looks for the One Winged Angel, but PAC escapes and locks in the Brutalizer. Takeshita locks Ibushi in a hold as Mozley does the same to Page. Castagnoli delivers The Swing to Matt and locks in a Sharpshooter. Ibushi escapes Takeshita's grasp and breaks up all the other holds in the ring. He fires off kicks on Castagnoli, but absorbs them until the third one breaks the Sharpshooter.

Moxley delivers a lariat into the corner, and BCC takes turns taking strikes. PAC and Castagnoli get into it after a miscommunication occurs, and PAC gives BCC the middle finger. He slides under the ring and grabs the pliers, then cuts the lock off the cage door and leaves the cage. He hits Castagnoli with the door on his way out, allowing Omega to deliver a V-Trigger to Yuta and a pair of Snap Dragon suplexes to Moxley and Takeshita on top of the broken glass. Page delivers the Buckshot Lariat to Castagnoli and Yuta in separate rings. Omega simultaneously delivers a V-Trigger to Yuta as Page and Nick handcuff Moxley. Callus calls Takeshita out of the cage, and the pair leave ringside as Nick jams Yuta's head into Matt's tacked up show. Page and Matt then choke Yuta with a chain, and Moxley surrenders to save Yuta.
