WrestleMania 42 delivered strong linear numbers in its first year on , with TV ratings now in for both nights of the Las Vegas spectacular.

Per Front Office Sports, Night 1 on Saturday, April 18 drew 1.62 million viewers on ESPN2. Night 2 on Sunday, April 19 topped that with 1.82 million viewers on ESPN, a 200,000 jump from the night before.

Night 1 on ESPN2 ranked as the most-viewed telecast of the year on that network, while Night 2 became the most-viewed telecast of the entire weekend on ESPN.

The numbers mark a significant milestone for WWE. WrestleMania 42 was the first edition of the event to air live on ESPN's linear channels. The first hour of each night simulcast on ESPN2 and ESPN, respectively, as part of ESPN's deal to broadcast WWE's main roster events in the United States.

Both nights aired from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas before a combined two-night attendance of 106,072.
