Naraku makes his highly anticipated in-ring debut

The mysterious Naraku will make his NXT debut, live TONIGHT.





— Vic Joseph and Booker T greet audiences at home as Tatum Paxley and Lizzy Rain make their way to the ring. Zaria and Nikkita Lyons follow.

Zaria and Nikkita Lyons vs. Tatum Paxley and Lizzy Rain

Zaria and Rain begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Rain rocks Zaria with a dropkick, but Paxley tags in and sends Zaria's head bouncing off her knee. Lyons tags in, but Paxley lands a kick on her head through the middle rope and pins her back in the ring. Lyons kicks out.

Rain tags back in and clothesline Lyons out of the ring over the top rope with Paxley. The pair then level Zaria and Lyons on the outside before Paxley tags in and Rain flies off the ropes to take down Zaria during the commercial break. Zaria looks to chokeslam Paxley, but Paxley counters into a roll up. Zaria kicks out.

Zaria connects with a backbreaker on Paxley, but Lyons tags back in and wears down Paxley with a submission hold. Zaria tags back in, but Paxley fights her off and tags out to Rain back from the break as Lyons tags back in on her side.

Rain fires off chops on Lyons' chest in the corner, but Lyons looks to tag out to Zaria. Zaria hops off the apron before Lyons can tag her in, leaving Lyons alone in the ring. This opens the door for Rain to tag in and delivers Thunder Struck to Lyons for the win.

— Backstage, Kendal Grey talks to Wren Sinclair. Grey says she'll get Kelani Jordan back for Sinclair. Sinclair tells Grey she feels like she's holding Grey back. Grey tells Sinclair she's out of her mind. Lola Vice comes in and says she thinks a rematch with Grey is what she wants and wants to tap Grey out again. They go back and forth and Sinclair tells Grey to prepare for her match against Jordan tonight. Vice tells Grey she'll be watching.

— Back at ringside, Lince Dorado makes his way out. Naraku follows.

Naraku vs. Lince Dorado

The bell rings and Naraku lands a chop on Dorado's chest. Dorado catches Naraku with a springboard crossbody, but Naraku sends Dorado crashing into the mat face first with a Gorilla Press and levels him with a forearm.

Naraku lands a forearm on Dorado, but Dorado responds with a chop to Naraku's chest. Naraku sends Dorado crashing into the mat and rains down Hammer and Anvil elbows on him, then catches him with a boot and sends him crashing into the corner. He follows it up with a STO for the win.

Winner: Naraku

— Backstage, Sean Legacy, EK Prosper and Tate Wilder talk backstage. Legacy and Prosper welcome Wilder to NXT. Dorian Van Dux comes by and says he'll be back wrestling next week. The newbies all pump each other up.

— Earlier today, Nattie is doing an interview about LFG. Jaida Parker comes in and wants to talk to Nattie. Parker and Nattie get in each other's faces and Parker is escorted out and Nattie starts her interview again.

BirthRight (w/ Charlie Dempsey and Arianna Grace) vs. EK Prosper, Tate Wilder, and Sean Legacy

Wilder and Channing "Stacks" Lorezno begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Wilder levels Stacks with a dropkick and pins him, but Lorenzo kicks out.

Charlie Dempsey and Legacy tag in, but Legacy sweeps Dempsey's legs and lands a dropkick on him. Prosper tags in and delivers a double stomp to Dempsey's spine off the top rope as Legacy holds him in place. He then delivers an Asai Moonsault to Dempsey off the middle rope, but Uriah Connors tags in and levels Prosper with a dropkick. Prosper responds with a hurricanrana to Connors, but Connors lands a senton on Prosper's spine off the ring apron during the commercial break.

Legacy dumps Connors back in the ring, but Connors tags out to Dempsey. Legacy clotheslines Dempsey out of the ring and lands a dive on him through the middle rope to take him out, but Stacks tags back in and Legacy fires off right hands on him.

Back from the break, Stacks lands a double stomp on Legacy's spine as Legacy is draped through the middle rope. Legacy rocks Connors with an enzuigiri and follows it up with a Spanish Fly, but Wilder and Dempsey tag in.

Wilder levels Dempsey with a pair of strikes and a shoulder tackle, then follows it up with a suplex to him and goes for a pin. Dempsey kicks out, but Wilder gets him up on his shoulders. Connors comes to Dempsey's aid, but Prosper takes out Dempsey. Stacks levels Prosper and rocks Legacy with a big boot, then gets Legacy up on his shoulders and sends his head bouncing off his knee.

Dempsey lands a forearm and an uppercut on Wilder, then drags Wilder up the ropes and delivers a double underhook suplex to him. He goes for a pin, but Prosper flies off the top rope with a splash to break the fall. Connors delivers a Death Valley Driver to Prosper on the ring apron, but Connors tags back in and Wilder catches him with an Over The Shoulder Cutter. He goes for a pin, but Stacks breaks the fall.

Wilder sends Dempsey crashing into the mat spine first and ascends to the top rope, but Legacy calls for Wilder to tag him in. Wilder decides to deliver a splash to Dempsey and pins him, but Dempsey kicks out. Legacy and Prosper both call to be tagged in, but Wilder doesn't listen and sets up for a moonsault on Dempsey. Dempsey rolls out of the ring, but Connors tags in and lands a Shining Wizard-dropkick combination on Wilder with Stacks for the win.

— We then head backstage, where Tatum Paxley tells Lizzy Rain that she's decided to give her the next shot at the Women's North American Championship. Shiloh Hill approaches the pair and bonds with Rain over their mutual disdain for Tristan Angels until Angels overhears Hill and confronts him.

— We get a quick promo for Mason Rook and his NXT contract signing.

— NXT Focus is on The Culling. Izzi Dame tells Niko Vance that their win last week is great for them. Vance tells Dame that she eliminates the weak and promotes the strong. Shawn Spears says this is why The Culling is on top. Vance and Spears thank Dame and go to leave, Dame asks Vance to stay back and tells Vance that she's going to watch out for Lola Vice.

— At ringside, Robert Stone stands in the ring with a contract. Security surrounds the ring as Stone says the landscape of NXT has changed, but talent from all over the world wants to make the brand their home. He introduces Rook, and Rook makes his way to the ring.

Rook grabs the microphone from Stone and says he's been all across Europe and traveled around the world. He says he turns head wherever he goes and has gotten the attention of John Cena, then says it's hard not to notice a flying human tank and says people must be asking themselves if he's satisfied with everyone talking about him in the United Kingdom and going viral. He says he's not satisfied and has come to NXT because he's not the super heavyweight but the best any weight class. He says anyone who tries to stop a tank like him will find out that they get crushed.

Tony D'Angelo's music hits and he makes his way out. He says Rook got his attention and there's no better way than starting at the top, then says Rook seized the moment attacking him once but not twice.

Kam Hendrix looks to sneak up behind D'Angelo, but D'Angelo sees Hendrix coming and security looks to separate the pair. Rook flies off the top rope with a moonsault to level D'Angelo, Hendrix, and the security guards, then grabs the contract from Stone and signs it to become an official member of the NXT roster.

— Noam Dar is backstage with Romeo Moreno. Moreno talks about all the stuff Dar has done. Dar says it's been a year since he's competed so he doesn't know if he's that good anymore.

— Emily Agard is with OTM at a BBQ. Bronco Nima is cooking as Lucien Price looks on. Agard and OTM go to eat and Nima introduces Agard to his little brother, JJ. Agard dives in on OTM's past. Price says Bronco is tough and loyal and talks about Nima losing his mom early on and how he looks after his brother JJ. Nima dives into his past and gets all emotional and talks about his challenges. Agard thanks Nima for sharing that and asks JJ what OTM means to him. JJ says they're about overcoming adversity. Agard asks Nima to talk about Price. Nima says Price is smart and he watches and says Price is an artist and is a good artist. Agard says they balance each other and OTM says they want the tag titles. They decide to eat.

— Back at ringside, Vanity Project makes their way out. Noam Dar follows.

Noam Dar vs. Jackson Drake (w/ Vanity Project)

The bell rings and the two lock up. Drake rains down right hands on Dar, but Dar sends Drake crashing off the apron with a pump kick to send him crashing out of the ring.

Dar begins to wear down Drake's arm in the ring during the commercial break, then lands a kick on his spine. Drake responds with a leg drop to Dar, then lands a superplex on him off the top rope back from the break and follows it up with a cutter.

Drake pins Dar, but Dar kicks out and lands a right hand on Drake's oblique. He follows it up with a belly-to-belly suplex on Drake, but Drake delivers a dropkick to Dar and follows it up with a gutbuster on him. He goes for a pin, but Dar kicks out.

Dar and Drake take turns pinning one another, but Dar cinches in a Fujiwara Armbar on Drake. Drake escapes by pinning Dar, but Dar kicks out and Drake fires off forearms on him.

Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes look to take out Dar on the outside, but Dar levels them both. Myka Lockwood holds Dar in place as he stands on the entrance ramp for Drake to deliver a jumping knee to him with the referee not noticing and to follow it up with a 450 Splash off the top rope for the win.

— After the match, Vanity Project celebrates in the ring, DarkState comes out and we cut to a commercial break.

— We come back from the break, Tavion Heights and Myles Borne talk backstage. Heights wants to be in a tag match with Borne and Borne tells Heights he's teaming with Tony D'Angelo. Heights gets pissed at Borne and says the second Borne got championship gold he's only aligning with champions.

— We cut to ringside and DarkState is in the ring, as The Vanity Project stands outside the ring. Dion Lennox says they want the tag champions. Saquon Shugars says the belts belong around Osiris Griffin and Cutler James. Ricky Smokes tells them because they beat Hank & Tank it doesn't mean anything. Brad Baylor reminds DarkState that they beat them for the titles and says they're the reason Shugars and Lennox are butting heads. James says they want their rematch and says Robert Stone has already approved the match for next week. James says Shugars and Lennox will team for the rematch. James says they have to be united and this is the way they can be united. Griffin agrees and tells Lennox and Shugars to figure it out and get the titles. The Vanity Project tries to attack them and DarkState clears the ring.

— Robert Stone congratulates Naraku for his debut and then goes in his office to see Kam Hendrix and Mason Rook in his office. He tells them they have a tag match next week against Myles Borne and Tony D'Angelo. Tate Wilder comes in and is looking for something to do next week. Keanu Carver storms in and wants a match next week. Stone says Wilder can battle Carver next week.

— Kelani Jordan walks backstage before her match, she walks by Izzi Dame and Niko Vance who try to intimidate her.

— Blake Howard is backstage with Kali Armstrong. Howard asks her what's next and Armstrong says she's going to scope out the scene before she makes her next move. Armstrong says she's coming for it all and she'll run through everyone like she did in Evolve. Kendal Grey pops in with Wren Sinclair and reminds Armstrong that she never went through Grey.

— Kelani Jordan makes her way to the ring. WrenQCC follows.

Kelani Jordan vs. Kendal Grey (w/ Wren Sinclair)

The bell rings and the two lock up. We see Lola Vice watching the action from ringside as Jordan fires off stomps on Grey's midsection in the corner and lands a springboard moonsault on Grey on the outside of the ring. Grey responds by ascending to the top rope and levelling Jordan with a crossbody.

During the commercial break, Jordan delivers a backbreaker to Grey inside the ring. Grey sends Jordan crashing into the mat face first, but Jordan catches Grey with a sit-out powerbomb back from the break and goes for a pin. Grey kicks out.

Grey sends Jordan crashing into the corner when Jordan charges at her, then cinches in a Fujiwara Armbar. Jordan powers up to her feet and escapes before the two women level one another with clotheslines and Grey catches Jordan with a scoop powerslam.

Izzi Dame finds Vice watching the match from backstage and blindsides her from behind, leading to a brawl between the two women that spills into the ringside area. Sinclair gets caught in the crosshairs of everything, distracting Grey as she teeters on the ropes. This opens the door for Jordan to trip Grey to send her crashing onto the mat and follow it up with a split legged moonsault on her for the win.

Winner: Kelani Jordan

— Lola Vice comes back to the ringside are to check on Sinclair, but Grey gets in Vice's face and shoves her. Moments before the show goes off the air, Dame surprises Vice with a big boot from behind and holds up the NXT Women's Championship belt as Grey and Sinclair watch on.
