Two Matches Added To No Way Out

Chris Benoit & The Hardy Boyz vs MNM & MVP has been added to tomorrow night’s No Way Out PPV, as has an eight-way “Cruiserweight Open” match for Gregory Helms’ Cruiserweight Title.

The addition of the six-man tag team match is a bizarre one. As we’ve previously noted on the site and as discussed in yesterday’s audio hotline, WWE cancelled the four-team Ladder Match that was originally planned for tomorrow night primarily as they wanted to keep MNM and The Hardyz as singles wrestlers. Its no real surprise that WWE have changed their minds yet again, but you have to question the decision not to announce this match at least on TV last night.

The Cruiserweight Open match will feature Gregory Helms, Daivari, Shannon Moore, Jamie Noble, Scotty 2 Hotty, Jimmy Wang Yang, Funaki and Chavo Guerrero. That match was as good as announced last night on Smackdown after an angle that saw all but Chavo Guerrero (who wasn’t on last night’s show at all) involved.

With those changes in mind, the revised and full card for tomorrow night’s show now looks like this:

ECW WORLD TITLE MATCH

WWE TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH

I wonder if Helms is going to come out of that one with his belt? I like Helms in all but I think WWE should put that belt on someone else and try to get the CW div. moving it would be nice to see.

Shannon Moore would be good as CW champ...certainly not Chavo...he's had enough titles for awhile. Guess we'll find out in a few hours time...
