Deuce & Domino get title match

Proving truth to the old adage that the squeaky wheel gets the grease, Deuce & Domino have secured a match for the WWE Tag Team Championship at No Way Out.

After two weeks of successfully defeating WWE Tag Team Champions Paul London & Brian Kendrick in non-title action, the newcomers to the SmackDown tag scene were appalled that a title match would take place at No Way Out without their participation. The disappointed duo then made it a point to have the match killed. But Deuce & Domino didn’t go to SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long to have the match stopped. Instead, the impressive team took their complaint straight to WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Conn.

After listening to their complaint, WWE officials ruled in favor of Deuce & Domino, naming them the rightful No. 1 Contenders to the WWE Tag Team Championship. As a result, the Ladder Match pitting London & Kendrick vs. MNM vs. The Hardys vs. William Regal & Dave Taylor has been removed from the No Way Out pay-per-view.

Makes more sense to have it booked this way since Regal and Taylor havent really played a part since Armageddon and with Jeff and Nitro doing their own things, they wouldnt of exactly fit into the match at No Way Out either so it makes more sense from a value standpoint to put Deuce and Domino against Kendrick and London for the Tag Titles instead of another 4 way Ladder Match.

London and Kendrick are a good team...but they are cruiser weights...it's stupid that they constantly beat larger, stronger guys. It;s time they dropped the belts. but not to Noddy and Big Ears

this is great,just great!
Not only do the "Hearthrobs",(whoops,I mean Douche&DoubleO),get a title shot after being around for only 4 weeks,but now they'll probably end the title reign,as well as the tag team future of London&Kendrick.
What a sad little joke the WWE tag scene is becoming.They hype all these teams,give them great promos(Cryme Tyme!!),put them into good storylines than fade them out quicker than they brought them in...Cade&Murdock ring a bell anyone?:think:
