Scotty 2 Hotty, who was released yesterday, was fired while being injured. It's nothing serious as he'll be able to compete again in the summer. Although, he is under a 90-day no-compete clause, so it's moot point.

If they went through with Bischoff, the storyline would be that Bischoff would get behind Khali to get revenge on Cena because he was a key player in him kicked off Raw in 2005.
