I am very curious to see what they do with the draft, and I am very excited at the prospects of seeing brand new feuds which might bring a breath of fresh air to the WWE. However, one of the things that has been bothering me about the E lately is how they've completely ruined titles. There's too many of them. You have tag team title runs for over a year in which months go by without a title defense... you got Cruiserweight titles that are pretty much forgotten about.. you have Santino Marella as an IC champion for gods sakes. The titles have become a joke, cuz there aren't enough stars for them all to be taken seriously at one time.

Would you guys want to see the titles combined together?......... One heavyweight championship, one Intercontinental, one tag team,..... one cruiserweight, and one ECW championship. That's it. And the title holders have free reign to feud........ with anybody on either RAW or Smackdown...... But that's it - so everyone else sticks strictly to their own show except the champs. That would be able to set up new, ..........fresh feuds on a regular basis,.... without seeing the same title defenses week after week after week after week until you already know what's going to happen before the match even starts.

Just think about the tag team titles............ There's like 3-4 tag teams on both shows, and one championship for each of em.... So you see the same crap over and over again on both shows. Wouldn't you just rather have all the tag teams feuding with each other over one title? There would be a lot more diversity in the tag brand that way.

I think it's pretty watered down as well and seems to make the shows stale back in the day i was excited to watch a title match on ppv it actually meant something now it's like everyone has a title.

If WWE ever decides to cut back on the number of PPV events, that is when you could expect a reduction in the # of belts. I recall the # of belts being contracted (unified) after the "Invasion" storyline concluded. Than the orignal (2002) draft lottery and brand extension comes to pass, and back come the retired belts to provide a "hook" for each brand and their PPV's.
