TNA should be announcing some new house shows this week. I'm not sure on the markets yet.

For those of you who (like me) were wondering where Crystal disappeared when Lauren debuted at the Lockdown PPV, fear not. I am told she's back on this Thursday's edition of Impact. SpikeTV apparently wants TNA to alternate women in that role. For lack of a better term, that's stupid in my opinion, as Crystal was without a doubt, the best female backstage interviewer in terms of putting over the performers and situations and reacting to them in a "real", not "contrived fake and pretending it's real" way.

TNA has a packed schedule this week and next with house shows from 5/8-5/10, then the Sacrifice PPV on 5/11 and Impact tapings on 5/12 and 5/13. 5/8 they are in Barre, Vermont. 5/9 is Derby, VT. 5/10 is Plattburgh, NY. The PPV and TV tapings are in Orlando, FL at Universal Studios.

*TNA X Division champion Petey Williams vs. Sonjay Dutt

Yes, Petey Williams is still scheduled. From what I understand, he's going to appear and gut things out while they try to work around the injury. He's got a lot of guts, but I don't know if that's the smartest idea for his health.

The company is off two days and then they are back on the road next weekend as well. Currently announced for TNA's 5/16 Binghamton, NY, 5/17 Poughkeepsie, NY and 5/18 Wallingford, CT house shows are TNA champ Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle, X-Division champ Petey Williams vs. Alex Shelley vs. Consequences Creed vs. Johnny Devine, LAX vs. Team 3D, Awesome Kong & Jacqueline vs. Traci Brooks & ODB, Rhino vs. James Storm, Eric Young vs. Rellik, and Matt Morgan vs. Tomko.

TNA should be announcing some details of their Fan-Interaction events for the weekend of the 6/8 Southaven, MS Slammiversary PPV shortly.
